In most cases, polyps are asymptomatic and are an incidental finding during endoscopy performed for some other disease or for the purpose of a preventive examination of the colon.
Rectal foreign bodies, sometimes unusual and/or related to sexual play, may be introduced into the rectum intentionally but often become difficult to remove. Some foreign bodies penetrate the rectal wall, others migrate above the anal sphincter.
A fistula of the rectum is a fistula (channel, tube in Latin) - a fistula that forms between tissue surfaces and an inflammatory zone. The fistula looks like a passage hidden by the tissues of the rectum, inside which there may be purulent contents.
Reading is a complex process in which motor, perceptual, cognitive and linguistic aspects can be distinguished. Reading is impossible without the ability to distinguish lexical images (letters) and transform them into phonetic (sound) images, to grasp the syntactic structure of phrases and sentences, to recognize the semantic meaning of words and sentences, and also without adequate short-term memory.
The term "reactive pancreatitis" is used when it refers to the initial phase of an acute inflammatory reaction in the pancreas, which develops rapidly, but is easily treated with timely therapeutic measures.
Reactive arthritis is an aseptic inflammatory disease of the joints that develops in response to an extra-articular infection; the presumed primary agent cannot be isolated from the joints using conventional artificial nutrient media.
The increase in the number of operations on large joints, the lack of sufficient material support for clinics, and the admission of insufficiently trained personnel to interventions do not allow us to exclude the development of the most formidable postoperative complication - peri-implant infection.
