Bulbourethral gland

Bulbourethral gland (glandula bulbourethralis, Cooper's gland) is a paired organ that secretes a viscous liquid that protects the mucous membrane of the male urethra from irritation with urine.

Spermatozoa and spermatogenesis

Male germ cells - spermatozoa - are mobile cells of about 70 μm in length. The spermatozoon has a nucleus, a cytoplasm with organelles, and a cell membrane.

Prostate (prostate)

The prostate gland (prostata, s.glandula prostatica) is an unpaired musculo-glandular organ. Iron secretes the secret that is part of the sperm. The secret liquefies the sperm, promotes sperm motility.

Seminal vesicle

The seminal vesicula (vesicula, s.glandula seminalis) is a paired organ located in the pelvic cavity lateral from the ampulla of the vas deferens, from the top of the prostate, from behind and from the side of the bottom of the bladder.

Vesicular duct

The ductus deferens (ductus deferens), a paired organ, is a direct extension of the duct of the epididymis and terminates at the fusion site with the in vivo duct of the seminal vesicle.

Egg attachment

The epididymis is located along the posterior edge of the testicle. There are rounded enlarged upper part - the head of the epididymis epididymis (caput epididymidis), passing into the middle part - the body of the epididymis (corpus epididymidis).

Testicle

Ovary (testis, Greek orchis, s.didymis) - male sexual gland. The function of the testicles is the formation of male sex cells and hormones, therefore the testes are simultaneously also the glands of external and internal secretion.

Male sexual organs

Male testes include testicles with their appendages, vas deferens and vas deferens, seminal vesicles, prostate and bulbourethral glands, scrotum and penis.

Female urethra

Female urethra feminina, urethra feminina, is an unpaired organ that starts from the bladder with the inner opening of the urethrae internum and ends with the outer opening of the urethrae externum, which opens anteriorly and above the vaginal opening.

Male urethra

Male urethra, or male urethra (urethra masculina), is an unpaired organ that has the shape of a tube 0.5-0.7 cm in diameter and 16-22 cm in length. It serves to excrete urine and discard the seed.
