Male testes include testicles with their appendages, vas deferens and vas deferens, seminal vesicles, prostate and bulbourethral glands, scrotum and penis.

Internal male genital organs
Testicle
Ovary (testis, Greek orchis, s.didymis) - male sexual gland. The function of the testicles is the formation of male sex cells and hormones, therefore the testes are simultaneously also the glands of external and internal secretion.
Spermatozoa and spermatogenesis
Male germ cells - spermatozoa - are mobile cells of about 70 μm in length. The spermatozoon has a nucleus, a cytoplasm with organelles, and a cell membrane. In the spermatozoon, a round head and a thin long tail are distinguished . The head contains a nucleus, in front of which there is a structure called acrosome.
Spermatozoa and spermatogenesis
Egg attachment
The epididymis is located along the posterior edge of the testicle. There are rounded enlarged upper part - the head of the epididymis epididymis (caput epididymidis), passing into the middle part - the body of the epididymis (corpus epididymidis). The body of the epididymis continues into the tapering lower part - the tail of the epididymis (cauda epididymidis).
Vesicular duct
The ductus deferens (ductus deferens), a paired organ, is a direct extension of the duct of the epididymis and terminates at the fusion site with the in vivo duct of the seminal vesicle. The length of the vas deferens about 50 cm, the diameter is about 3 mm, and the diameter of the lumen does not exceed 0.5 mm. The wall of the duct is of considerable thickness, so it does not subside and is easily probed in the spermatic cord.
Seminal vesicle
The seminal vesicula (vesicula, s.glandula seminalis) is a paired organ located in the pelvic cavity lateral from the ampulla of the vas deferens, from the top of the prostate, from behind and from the side of the bottom of the bladder. The seminal vesicle is the secretory organ. Its glandular epithelium secretes a secret containing substances necessary for nutrition and activation of spermatozoa.
Prostate
The prostate gland (prostata, s.glandula prostatica) is an unpaired musculo-glandular organ. Iron secretes the secret that is part of the sperm. The secret liquefies the sperm, promotes sperm motility.
Bulbourethral glands
Bulbourethral gland (glandula bulbourethral, Cooper's gland) is a paired organ that secretes a viscous liquid that protects the mucous membrane of the male urethra from irritation with urine. Bulbourethral glands are located behind the membranous part of the male urethra, in the thickness of the deep perineal transverse muscle.
External male genital organs
The external male genitalia are represented by the penis and scrotum.
Penis
The penis (penis) serves to remove urine from the bladder and throw the seed into the genital tract of the woman. The penis consists of a front free body part (corpus penis), which ends with a glans penis, which has a slit-shaped external aperture of the male urethrae externum on its apex. The largest part of the head of the penis is the crown of the head (corona glandis) and the narrowed neck of the head (collum glandis). The back part - the root of the penis (radix penis) is attached to the pubic bones. The upper-anterior surface of the body is called the dorsum of the penis (dorsum penis).
Scrotum
Scrotum (scrotum) is a protrusion of the anterior abdominal wall, which has two disconnected chambers for the male genital glands. The scrotum is located down and behind the root of the penis. Inside the scrotum and in each of its cells is the male sex gland.
Seed cord
The spermatic cord (funiculus spermaticus) is formed during the lowering of the testicle. It is a round string 15-20 cm long, extending from the deep inguinal ring to the upper end of the testicle. From the inguinal canal under the skin of the pubic region, the spermatic cord leaves through the superficial inguinal ring. The spermatic cord includes the vas deferens, the ovarian artery, the artery of the vas deferens, the lobate (venous) plexus, the lymphatic vessels of the testicle and its appendage, the nerves, and the traces of the vaginal process in the form of a thin fibrous strand.
