The blackberry is another popular plant in our region in the form of a shrub with snow-white small flowers and rounded small fruits with juice similar to ink. Dosing and administration
Most often for the treatment of cough with bronchitis apply infusion, decoction or syrup from elderberry blossoms.
To prepare the broth we need 20 g of dry inflorescences and 1 liter of boiling water. Fill vegetable raw materials with hot water, bring to a boil, boil for 1-2 minutes, remove from heat and leave to infuse for 30 minutes. Storage conditions
In connection with the treatment of bronchitis, flowers of the plant are primarily of interest. They are harvested in June, when the plant is actively blooming. Collected flowers are separated from flower stalks and spread on paper or dry in a dryer at a temperature of no more than 35 degrees. You can dry flowers with whole inflorescences, suspending them in the shade on a strong thread.
Elder flowers should be stored in paper bags or glass containers for 2 years.
