SHA LI SHU is a biogenic preparation (medicines obtained from animal or plant raw materials) and is used in gynecology for certain inflammations of the vagina and cervix.

SHA LI SHU is used for cervical erosion and various inflammatory processes of the vaginal mucosa ( vaginitis ).

Release form

SHA LI SHU is available in the form of brown vaginal suppositories.

Pharmacodynamics

SHA LI SHU is used in gynecological practice. It has anti-inflammatory, wound-healing, analgesic effects, which are due to the membrane-stabilizing and antioxidant effects of sea buckthorn oil and other medicinal herbs included in the preparation.

Sea buckthorn oil, due to the fat-soluble bioantioxidants it contains, reduces the intensity of free radical processes and protects against cell damage. In addition, sea buckthorn oil promotes healing and regeneration of the mucous membrane.

Calamine has a cooling and soothing effect with a mild disinfectant action.

The essential oil included in the composition has disinfectant properties.

Frankincense is widely used as an anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and antifungal agent.

Cnidium root has an antibacterial effect.

Sophora root is used to treat inflammatory processes in the vaginal mucosa and inflammation of the appendages.

The pharmacokinetics of SHA LI SHU have not been studied.

Dosing and administration

SHA LI SHU is used for insertion into the vagina once a day. Before inserting the suppository, remove the packaging. Half an hour before insertion, place the suppository on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator.

The course of treatment with SHA LI SHU is 6 days, in some cases the duration of treatment can reach 12 days, depending on the nature and severity of the disease.

Use SHA LI SHU during pregnancy

SHA LI SHU is not used during pregnancy, since the drug contains sophora, which increases the likelihood of toxic complications during pregnancy. Myrrh increases the tone of the uterus, which can provoke spontaneous abortion.

Contraindications

SHA LI SHU is contraindicated in case of hypersensitivity to some components of the drug, and the drug is also not prescribed to pregnant women and children.

Storage conditions

SHA LI SHU is stored at a temperature not exceeding 30 0 C, in the original packaging. The drug should be kept away from children. The drug should not be frozen, since in this case the therapeutic effect is significantly reduced.

Shelf life

The shelf life of SHA LI SHU is two years from the date of manufacture, subject to storage conditions.
