Repisan is a combined homeopathic remedy. It has analgesic, anti-inflammatory and capillary protective activity, and also helps to improve the regeneration processes within the tissues of the musculoskeletal system.
Strengthens vascular walls, making them more durable, and at the same time improves microcirculation processes. Stimulates reparation and regeneration in case of injuries affecting muscles, soft tissues, bones and ligaments, and also in case of concussion. Increases the speed of bone fragment consolidation processes, as well as the formation of bone callus.
Indications Repisan
It is used in combination therapy for degenerative and inflammatory lesions of the musculoskeletal system (arthritis with bursitis, osteochondrosis, epicondylitis and tendovaginitis with arthrosis), injuries (damage to the ligaments, hemarthrosis, bruises, contusions, bone fractures and microtraumatic lesions in athletes), as well as slowly healing wounds.
Release form
The therapeutic element is released in the form of drops for oral administration - in bottles with a volume of 20, 50 or 100 ml.
Pharmacodynamics
In people with osteochondrosis, the drug quickly removes swelling in the area of the neural root, and also helps relieve pain and improves neural conduction processes.
In people with osteoarthritis, the use of Repisan in basic treatment helps to reduce pain, as well as the general algofunctional index of Leken; in addition, the drug significantly increases the motor volume inside the joints affected by the disease and reduces the dosage or allows you to completely stop using NSAIDs, which reduces the likelihood of developing negative symptoms and complications during anti-inflammatory treatment.
The introduction of the drug contributes to a significant improvement in the effectiveness of inpatient therapy and reduces its duration, and in addition, increases the quality of life of patients with degenerative or inflammatory lesions of the musculoskeletal system.
Dosing and administration
Teenagers and adults need to take 10 drops of the medicine (undiluted or diluted with 1 tablespoon of plain water). For people aged 5-12 years, a dose of 5-7 drops is prescribed, and for those aged 3-5 years - 3-5 drops (in both cases, the medicine must be dissolved in 1 tablespoon of plain water).
Use 3 times a day, half an hour before meals or 1 hour after.
At the initial stage of therapy and in situations where it is necessary to quickly reduce the severity of the symptoms of the disease, the medicine can be used at 30/60-minute intervals (teenagers and adults) - in the amount of 8-10 drops (undiluted or dissolved in plain water). For people aged 5-12 years, 3-5 drops of the drug are required, and for a child aged 3-5 years - 2-3 drops of the substance (in this case, in addition to water, milk can be used for dilution). Repisan should be used in this mode until signs of improvement appear, but a maximum of 8 times. Then the patient is transferred to a 3-times daily dose.
To enhance therapeutic effectiveness, it is necessary to hold the liquid in the mouth for a short time before swallowing.
In case of injuries (damage to the ligaments or bruises), the drug must be used for 7-14 days; in case of bone fractures - for 1-3 months; if poor wound healing is observed - for 1-3 weeks.
In case of degenerative or inflammatory lesions of the musculoskeletal system, drops are taken for a period of 2-3 months.
If necessary, the treatment cycle can be repeated.
Use Repisan during pregnancy
It is prohibited to prescribe Repisan during pregnancy or breastfeeding, because there is no information regarding its medicinal efficacy and safety in this group of patients.
Contraindications
Contraindicated for use in the presence of severe intolerance to the components of the drug.
Interactions with other drugs
If Repisan is administered in combination with other medications, it is necessary to observe at least 20-minute intervals between their administrations.
When combining the drug with NSAIDs, the doctor may prescribe a reduction in dosage and a decrease in the frequency of use of the latter.
Storage conditions
Repisan must be stored in a place closed to small children, in a tightly sealed bottle; temperature indicators - maximum 30°C.
Shelf life
Repisan can be used for a period of 5 years from the date of sale of the therapeutic product.
