Repisan is a combined homeopathic remedy. It has analgesic, anti-inflammatory and capillary-protective activity, and also helps to improve the processes of regeneration inside the tissues of the ODA.
Strengthens the vascular walls, making them more durable, and at the same time improves the processes of microcirculation. Stimulates repair and regeneration in case of injuries affecting muscles, soft tissues, bones and ligaments, as well as in case of cerebral concussion. Increases the speed of the processes of consolidation of bone fragments, as well as the formation of callus.
Indications Repisan
It is used in combination therapy of degenerative and inflammatory lesions of ODA (arthritis with bursitis, , osteochondrosis , epicondylitis and tendovaginitis with arthrosis), injuries (injuries in the area of ligaments, hemarthrosis, bruises, contusions, bone fractures and microtraumatic lesions in athletes), as well as slowly healing wounds.
Release form
The release of the therapeutic element is realized in the form of drops for oral administration - in vials with a volume of 20, 50 or 100 ml.
Pharmacodynamics
In people with osteochondrosis, the drug quickly removes swelling in the area of the neural root, and also helps to relieve pain and improves neural conduction processes.
In persons with osteoarthritis, the use of Repisan for basic treatment helps to reduce pain, as well as an indicator of the general algofunctional Leeken index; in addition, the drug significantly increases the motor volume inside the joints affected by the disease and reduces the dosage or completely cancels the use of NSAIDs, which reduces the likelihood of developing negative symptoms and complications during anti-inflammatory treatment.
The introduction of the drug contributes to a significant improvement in the effectiveness of inpatient therapy and reduces its duration, and in addition, increases the quality of life of patients with degenerative or inflammatory lesions of the ODA.
Dosing and administration
Teenagers and adults need to use 10 drops of drugs (undiluted or diluted with 1 tablespoon of plain water). For persons aged 5-12 years, a portion of 5-7 drops is prescribed, and for the age of 3-5 years - 3-5 drops (in both cases, it is necessary to dissolve the medicine in 1 tablespoon of plain water).
Consume 3 times a day, half an hour before meals or 1 hour after.
At the initial stage of therapy and in situations where it is necessary to quickly reduce the severity of the symptoms of the disease, the medicine can be used at 30/60 minute intervals (adolescents and adults) - in the amount of 8-10 drops (undiluted or dissolved in plain water). For persons aged 5-12 years, 3-5 drops of drugs are required, and for a child of 3-5 years old - 2-3 drops of the substance (in this case, in addition to water, milk can be used for dilution). Apply Repisan in this mode until signs of improvement appear, but a maximum of 8 times. Then the patient is transferred to a 3-time appointment per day.
To increase the therapeutic effectiveness, it is required to hold the liquid in the mouth a little before swallowing.
In case of injuries (injuries in the area of ligaments or bruises), it is required to use the drug for a period of 7-14 days; in case of bone fractures - in the period of 1-3 months; if there is poor wound healing - within 1-3 weeks.
With degenerative or inflammatory lesions of ODA, drops are taken in a period of 2-3 months.
If necessary, the treatment cycle can be repeated.
Use Repisan during pregnancy
It is forbidden to prescribe Repisan during pregnancy or GV, because there is no information regarding its drug efficacy and safety in this group of patients.
Contraindications
It is contraindicated to use in the presence of severe intolerance to the elements of the drug.
Interactions with other drugs
In the case of the introduction of Repisan in combination with other medicines, it is required to observe at least 20-minute intervals between their uses.
When combining the drug with NSAIDs, the doctor may prescribe a decrease in dosage and a decrease in the frequency of use of the latter.
Storage conditions
Repisan is required to be stored in a place closed from small children, inside a tightly sealed bottle; temperature indicators - maximum 30 ° С.
Shelf life
Repisan can be used for a period of 5 years from the date of sale of the therapeutic product.
