There are many recipes for radish with honey. To prepare the medicine, take radish and grate it. For various recipes, both grated puree and the resulting juice are used.
The simplest method of treatment is to mix radish juice with 2-3 tablespoons of liquid honey. Then stir the mixture until completely dissolved, take a tablespoon three times a day before meals.
There is another way to prepare the medicine. For example, take 1 tablespoon of grated radish puree, squeeze out the juice. Add 2-3 tablespoons of honey to the puree, mix thoroughly. Then place 2-3 tablespoons of honey in the core and cover with thick paper. Wait for 4 hours. A healing juice should appear in the depression, which has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. Drink the juice one teaspoon 2-3 times a day before meals. It helps restore the immune system and normalizes metabolic processes in the body. With the help of this remedy, a productive wet cough appears, which helps remove phlegm and speed up recovery. Black, red, white radish with honey
To prepare an evening cough remedy, take 1 black radish, wash it, cut off the top. Cut out the middle so that a depression is formed. Fill the resulting cavity with honey, sprinkle grated ginger on top. Close with the cut off "lid". After this, take a piece of bread, place the resulting basket on the bread, bake in the oven or in a frying pan until a crust forms. Then go to bed, eat the prepared mass, and wrap yourself in a warm blanket as quickly as possible. You need to try to fall asleep.
Red radish with honey is often used in the form of puree. To do this, grate the radish, mix with 1 tablespoon of honey. Separate the juice from the puree, mix only the resulting mass, without the juice. Eat the entire portion, then wrap yourself in a warm blanket, go to bed.
