Dalargin-Biolek is a drug that stimulates metabolic processes and also affects the digestive tract.

The main active ingredient of the drug is dalargin, which is used to treat ulcers and other digestive disorders.

Indications Dalargin-Biolek

Dalargin-Biolek is prescribed as part of a complex treatment for exacerbation of peptic ulcer disease, prolonged ulcer scarring, circulatory and lymphatic disorders in the legs, mental disorders due to alcohol dependence, inflammation and other disorders of the pancreas ( acute pancreatitis, chronic pancreatitis, necrosis of individual areas, abscesses, etc.).

Release form

Dalargin-Biolek is produced in the form of a powder from which a solution for injections is prepared. The cardboard package contains 10 ampoules, each containing 1 mg.

Pharmacodynamics

Dalargin-Biolek refers to drugs that regulate metabolic processes in the body. Dalargin-Biolek promotes the healing of gastric and duodenal ulcers, normalizes acidity due to the antisecretory activity of the active substance. The drug also has a hypotensive effect, i.e. reduces blood pressure. In addition, a positive effect of the drug on the psyche is observed in alcohol addiction.

Pharmacokinetics

The pharmacokinetics of Dalargin-Biolek has not been studied.

Dosing and administration

Dalargin-Biolek is administered by intravenous or intramuscular injection.

A fresh solution should be prepared before administration (it is not allowed to administer a solution prepared several hours before).

The contents of one ampoule must be dissolved in a 0.9% sodium chloride solution (for intravenous injections - 1 mg of powder per 5 ml of solution, for intramuscular injections - 1 mg of the drug per 1 ml of solution).

In case of circulatory or lymphatic disorders in the legs, gastric ulcer or duodenal ulcer, 1-2 mg of the drug is prescribed. The drug is administered intramuscularly twice a day, intravenously - once a day. No more than 5 mg of the drug per day is allowed to be administered intramuscularly.

The course of treatment is 3-4 weeks.

For mental disorders associated with alcohol dependence, Dalargin-Biolek is administered intravenously (1 mg of the drug per 10 ml of sodium chloride solution).

In case of exacerbation of pancreatitis, treatment is prescribed according to the following scheme: 1 day - 2 mg, the following days - 5 mg 1-2 times a day. The course of treatment is 4-6 days.

In case of other liver dysfunctions (necrosis of some areas, abscesses, etc.), the drug is administered intravenously at 5 mg 3-4 times a day (every 6-8 hours). The course of treatment is 2-6 days.

Use Dalargin-Biolek during pregnancy

Dalargin-Biolek is contraindicated for pregnant and lactating women.

Contraindications

Dalargin-Biolek is contraindicated in cases of hypersensitivity of the body to the active substance or other components of the drug.

The drug is also not prescribed for low blood pressure, cardiovascular disorders (chest pain, rapid heartbeat, numbness of the extremities, dizziness, etc.), respiratory system, as well as other general disorders of the body (itching, redness of the skin, fever, temperature, etc.). In addition, Dalargin-Biolek is not used for nausea and pain in the stomach.

Side effects Dalargin-Biolek

Side effects manifest themselves in allergic reactions to the components of the drug.

Overdose

Cases of overdose of Dalargin-Biolek have not been described. In case of any symptoms of overdose (nausea, dizziness, etc.), it is necessary to inform the doctor.

Interactions with other drugs

Dalargin-Biolek should be dissolved only in 0.9% sodium chloride solution.

Storage conditions

Dalargin-Biolek should be stored in a place where sunlight and moisture do not penetrate. The storage temperature should not exceed 25 0 C. The drug should be kept out of the reach of children.

Shelf life

Dalargin-Biolek is valid for three years from the date of production, provided that storage conditions are met and the integrity of the packaging is maintained.
