Dalargin-Biolek is appointed as part of a complex treatment for exacerbation of peptic ulcer disease, prolonged cicatrization of the ulcer, circulatory disturbance and lymph circulation in the legs, mental disorders in alcohol dependence, inflammation and other disorders of the pancreas function ( acute pancreatitis, chronic pancreatitis, necrosis of individual sites, abscesses and pr).
Release form
Dalargin-Biolek is available in the form of a powder, from which a solution for injections is prepared. The carton contains 10 ampoules, each 1 mg each.
Pharmacodynamics
Dalargin-Biolek refers to drugs that regulate the metabolic processes in the body. Dalargin-Biolek promotes healing of gastric and duodenal ulcers, normalizes acidity due to antisecretory activity of the active substance. The drug also has an antihypertensive effect; lowers blood pressure. In addition, there is a positive effect of the drug on the psyche for alcohol dependence.

The pharmacokinetics of Dalargin-Biolek have not been studied.
Dosing and administration
Dalargin-Biolek is administered by intravenous or intramuscular injection.
Before the introduction, a fresh solution should be prepared (do not put in a solution prepared for several hours).
The content of one ampoule must be dissolved in a 0.9% solution of sodium chloride (for intravenous injections - 1 mg of powder per 5 ml of solution, for intramuscular injections - 1 mg of the drug per 1 ml of solution).
If blood circulation or lymph circulation in the legs, peptic ulcer of the stomach or duodenal ulcer, 1-2 mg of the drug is prescribed. Intramuscularly the drug is administered twice a day, intravenously - once a day. Intramuscularly it is allowed to administer no more than 5 mg of the drug per day.
The course of treatment is 3-4 weeks.
When mental disorders in alcohol dependence Dalargin-Biolek is administered intravenously (1 mg of the drug for 10ml of sodium chloride solution).
With an exacerbation of pancreatitis, treatment according to the scheme is prescribed: 1 day - 2 mg, the following days - 5 mg 1-2 times a day. The course of treatment is 4-6 days.
With other violations of the liver (necrosis of certain areas, abscesses, etc.), the drug is administered intravenously 5 mg 3-4 times a day (every 6-8 hours). The course of treatment is 2-6 days.
Use Dalargin-Biolek during pregnancy
Dalargin-Biolek is contraindicated in pregnant and lactating women.
Contraindications
Dalargin-Biolek is contraindicated if the body is susceptible to an active substance or other components of the drug.
Also, the drug is not prescribed for low blood pressure, cardiovascular disorders (chest pain, palpitations, numbness of the limbs, dizziness, etc.), the respiratory system, as well as other general disorders of the body (itching, redness, fever, fever and so forth). In addition, Dalargin-Biolek is not used for nausea and pain in the stomach.
