  • Take a tablespoon of blueberry leaves and pour a liter of boiling water over it. Boil the remedy over medium heat for 5 minutes. Take ½ cup before meals 2-3 times a day. The leaves can be replaced with blueberries.
  • Pour 250 ml of boiling water over 4-5 bay leaves and let it brew for 2-3 hours. Filter and take ½ cup 3 times a day, regardless of food.
  • Take the following ingredients in equal proportions: goat's rue, bean pods, dandelion root, nettle and fox bilberry. Grind and mix. Pour 250 ml of water over a tablespoon of the raw material and let it brew for 6-8 hours. Take 1/3 cup of the infusion after meals.
  • Grind a tablespoon of burdock and blueberry leaves and pour 500 ml of boiling water over them. The medicine should be infused for 1 hour, after which it should be filtered. Take 1 tablespoon of the remedy before meals throughout the day.
