A drug for the treatment of acne. We become acquainted with his instructions, nuances of applications, contraindications, dosage and therapeutic effect. Bezugrey is included in the pharmacological group of topical preparations for the treatment of inflammatory skin diseases caused by changes in pilosebate structures. This topical agent contains the active ingredient - adapalene. On the chemical structure, it is similar to vitamin A, since it is a retinoid compound.
The active substance affects keratinization, differentiation at the cellular level and processes of skin inflammation, that is, the main components of the development of acne. Normalizes the state of the epithelial cells of the follicles, reducing the formation of microcosmedon and preventing the development of acne. Preserves undamaged skin, protecting it from inflammation.
Indications Bezugrey
The drug refers to dermatological drugs, the main indication for use is the treatment and prevention of acne. The gel is effective in diseases of the sebaceous glands, blockage and inflammation of the hair follicles, that is, with acne.
Bezogrey is prescribed for the treatment of adult patients and adolescents over 12 years of age.

Release form
The drug is available in the form of a gel 0.1% in tubes of 15 g. This form of release facilitates the process of using the drug, that is, its application to the inflamed skin.
In 1 g of gel contains: 1 mg of adapalene and auxiliary substances (phenoxyethanol, carbomer 940, methylhydroxybenzoate, sodium hydroxide, disodium edetate, cetomacrogol, purified water and propylene glycol).
Pharmacodynamics
The effectiveness of the drug is determined by the activity of its components. Pharmacodynamics indicates that adapalene is a retinoid metabolite with an anti-inflammatory and comedolytic effect. The substance restores the processes of epidermal differentiation and keratanization.
The gel components interact with the specific receptors of epidermal cells of the skin. This leads to a decrease in the adhesion of epithelial cells to the mouth of the sebaceous-hair follicle and to a decrease in the formation of micro-medones.
Anti-inflammatory action (in vivo and in vitro) is manifested through inhibition of migration and leukocytes in the inflammatory focus. This affects the factors of the inflammatory process and the metabolism of arachidonic acid.
Pharmacokinetics
Bezugrey is intended for topical application. Pharmacokinetics indicates a low absorption after application to the skin and not a pronounced systemic action. The active component contributes to the normal differentiation of the epithelial cells of the follicles, reduces the number of micro-medones, preventing acne.
After application to the skin, the retinoid differentiates through the cell membrane, reaching the nucleus. To provide therapeutic effect, retinoic acid forms specific bonds with the nuclear receptor. The drug causes metabolic and biochemical changes in tissues. Promotes the modification of the activity of enzymes responsible for differentiation and proliferation, binds to structural proteins.
Dosing and administration
Bezugrey use locally. The method of administration and dose is prescribed by the doctor, focusing on the age of the patient, the localization of acne and the number of acne eruptions. Adult patients and adolescents are given a thin layer of gel on the pre-cleansed skin in the area of rashes. The drug should be used once a day, preferably at night.
Therapeutic effect is observed after 1-2 months of continuous use, persistent improvement of skin condition - after 3 months of treatment. In some cases, the use of Bezugrey during the first three weeks does not cause improvement in the skin condition, but its continued use contributes to recovery.
When using the medicine on dry or irritated skin, moisturizing creams and lotions are recommended. During treatment, it is worth giving up cosmetic products with a drying or irritating effect. It is necessary to avoid solar irradiation and not to use ultraviolet lamps, so it causes skin irritation.

Treatment of dermatological diseases in the period of bearing a child requires careful selection of drugs. Due to changes in hormone levels, the treatment regimen must be constantly adjusted.
Use of Bezugrey during pregnancy and lactation is contraindicated. To date, there is no reliable information that the active substances of the gel do not penetrate into breast milk.
