Futsis gel
The modern pharmacological market is offered to the consumer by a fairly wide range of products belonging to a single pharmacological group, but presented in a different dosage form. Today, the doctor is able to offer medication not only in tablet form, but also in a tube with a gel. Futsis gel is one of the forms that doctors offer to their patients to treat a disease. The active ingredient is the same fluconazole, the content of which in 1 g of gel is 5 mg, followed by other auxiliary substances: polysorbitol 80, benzene alcohol, sodium hydroxide, carbomer, octyldodecanol, purified water and flavoring. The gel is a clear or not transparent colorless liquid with a specific odor.
Futsis gel from thrush is applied locally, as an ointment with a broad antifungal effect. In tandem with olivovodnoy emulsion, helps to achieve excellent susceptibility of the drug. Clinical testing of futsis gel with the participation of children did not pass, but the evaluation of the reaction of adults showed that the drug is slightly absorbed by the body system, while being normally tolerated by the skin and is not phototoxic.
The main contraindication to the use of medication is intolerance or increased susceptibility to fluconazole.

Futsis DT
Dispersible tableted medication, after ingestion, is sufficiently absorbed into the digestive system for a limited period of time. The total bioavailability of the active element exceeds 90%. The maximum content of the substance in the blood plasma appears after administration after 30 ÷ 90 minutes. The food coming to the process of feeding does not affect this process. The period of half the withdrawal of drugs from the body takes 30 hours. This makes it possible to drink this medication once a day. The daily dosage of the drug is calculated based on the nature of the course of the disease, the degree of neglect of the disease.
Fucis 200
For thrush (vaginal candidiasis), 200 mg of the drug are taken once by mouth. In order to reduce the risk of recurrence of this disease, the drug is drunk once a month with a dose of 200 mg. The duration of therapy can only be determined by the doctor individually. Terms can vary from 4 months to a year. In exceptional cases, the dose and frequency of taking may be increased.
Pharmacodynamics
The basis of the active substance fluconazole belongs to pharmacists to the class of compounds of the triazole group. It is able to radically and destructively affect the synthesis of yeast fungal sterols. Antifungal action is expressed in a specific effect on the enzymes of the fungus, destroying their structure, thereby killing them.
Pharmacokinetics
The drug has a great effect on the very cause of the disease, its pathogens. The active substance of the drug is excellent and quickly absorbed by the body. Moreover, food that enters the stomach during a meal does not in any way interfere with the process of absorption. 0.5 ÷ 1.5 hours and the concentration of fluconazole reaches a maximum. The medicine is removed from the human body rather slowly (with urine, 80% of the drug is left unchanged). This causes its reception once for 24 hours. With vaginal candidiasis, one pill is enough to relieve itching and discomfort - obtaining the expected therapeutic effect. Accepted dosage is directly proportional to the accumulation of the drug in the blood (11 ÷ 12% of the active component is associated with plasma protein).
With a 4 ÷ 5 day course of taking fucis from thrush, the concentration of the substance is stabilized in 90% of patients. If necessary, on the first day of the course they give a double dose of drugs - the effect is stable on the second day.
Dosing and administration
Prophylactically, to prevent the disease, fucis from thrush is mainly used at a dosage of 3 ÷ 12 mg per kg patient weight. The course of treatment continues under the supervision of a specialist until a negative response to the test reveals the presence of a fungal infection.
Use futsis from thrush in the form of dispersible tablets for lesions of yeast according to the recommendations given in the instructions. The medication in question in the form of an infusion solution is prescribed by a doctor for both children and adults individually, also based on general recommendations.
Use Fucis from thrush during pregnancy
During the period of pregnancy, many pharmacological agents are contraindicated in the future mom. To avoid unnecessary complications, you should not resort to self-treatment. You should immediately consult with your doctor, as the methods should be effective, but safe for both mom and the unborn child. Having carefully studied the instructions, you can make the only and not comforting conclusion: the use of the drug during pregnancy is not acceptable!
A specialist can only take this drug when a rash is present in a severe form, or a dangerous infection has been identified. That is, only when the risk of the disease outweighs the danger to the unborn child.
When you take a medicine, its active ingredient is not only well absorbed by the blood, but also by all the liquid components of the body, including mother's milk. Therefore, experts try not to prescribe it during lactation. [11]
Contraindications
When stipulating contraindications to the use of fucis from thrush, it is worth to highlight some:
- Pregnancy, especially its first trimester.
- Lactation.
- Children under 7 years old, and dispersed tablets - children under 3 years old.
- Individual intolerance to the components of the drug.
- Futsis from thrush is not assigned if the patient's work is closely associated with dangerous mechanisms.
If the patient is already receiving drugs such as terfenadine or cisapride.
Side effects Fucis from thrush
Taking care of their health, some patients face undesirable effects of treatment. Like any other drug, fucis from thrush has a number of unpleasant side effects:
- Dizziness.
- Painful spasms
- Cramps.
- Trembling in limbs.
- Arrhythmia and tachycardia.
- The increase in cholesterol.
- Emetic manifestations.
- Diarrhea.
- Abnormal liver function.

- Other.
Overdose
In any case, taking a higher dose is bad. An overdose of fucis from thrush can trigger headaches with dizziness and hallucinations. In some patients who have taken an increased amount of drugs, paranoid, obsessive ideas arise.
In case of overdose, the patient should have a gastric lavage as soon as possible and give a diuretic. Hemodialysis is also effective.
Interactions with other drugs
The simultaneous use of several drugs at the same time can both improve anticoagulation and lead to undesirable consequences. On this basis, the combination of drugs and their dosage should be clearly calculated by the attending physician, who throughout the course of treatment must constantly keep under control temporary prothrombin. The basis of fucis from thrush is the component fluconazole. When used in the treatment process, the dosage of midazolam in the blood increases. In case of joint oral use of midazolam and fucis, the psychomotor reaction of the patient is quite possible.
The combination of fluconazole and benzodiazepine is unsafe. It is possible to use it only with the constant control of the physician, reducing the dosage of benzodiazepine.
The combination of cisapride and fluconazole, in combination, is contraindicated for use because of the negative side effect affecting the cardiovascular system.
There is an increase in the plasma fraction of cyclosporine in the blood vessels with the combined use of fucis. If this combination is necessary, the doctor is obliged to correct the dose of cyclosporine, constantly checking its concentration in the blood.
Hydrochlorothiazide, when combined with fucis, contributes to a significant increase in plasma concentrations of fluconazole. But in this case it is not necessary to adjust the dose of drugs.
Inflammation of the vascular eye can result from a single dose of fluconazole and rifabutin.
If necessary, the use of fucis with phenytoin, it is necessary to strengthen the control of the level of phenytoin in the blood and in case of a deviation from the norm, change the dose.
One-time use of fluconazole with sulfonylurea drugs leads to a prolongation of the half-life. This factor may contribute to the development of hypoglycemia in people with diabetes.
The simultaneous operation of rifampicin and fucis requires an increase in the dose of fluconazole.
A pair of fluconazole and tacrolimus provokes increased mutual nephrotoxicity.
