The half-life of the drug is on average two hours, the accumulation of the drug in the body practically does not occur.
[10],
Dosing and administration
Dalacin vaginal cream is administered once a day, the course of treatment is determined by the doctor depending on the severity of the condition. Usually the drug is given a course of three or seven days.
In the package with cream, special dispensing capsules with a volume of 5 g (a single dose for administration) are delivered with which the process of introducing the drug into the vagina is simplified. The drug should be administered at night.
To fill the cap dispenser with cream, it is necessary to screw it onto the tube and gently squeeze the cream into the cap (when the piston reaches the stop - the cap is fully filled). After that, carefully unscrew the cap and lying on your back, with your legs tightened to the chest, insert the dispensing cap as deep as possible into the vagina (manipulation should not cause pain or other unpleasant sensations). Slowly pressing on the piston, squeeze the cream into the vagina and carefully remove the cap-dispenser. After use, the cap must be discarded.
