Cyborate-oftan is a medication used to treat ophthalmic disorders. It is an antimicrobial drug. Contains zinc compounds.

The therapeutic drug has antimicrobial activity when used locally for a relatively large proportion of gram-negative and -positive microorganisms (this also includes Pseudomonas aeruginosa).

The drug passes without complications into the conjunctival membrane; this is especially true for children.

Release form

The release of the therapeutic substance is carried out in the form of eye drops, inside a container with a volume of 10 ml.

Dosing and administration

The medication is instilled with a pipette - 2 drops in portions in the area of each eye, 2-3 times a day. The therapeutic cycle lasts 1-3 weeks.

Use Cyborate-oftan during pregnancy

You can not prescribe medication during pregnancy.

Contraindications

Storage conditions

Cyborate-oftan is required to be kept in a place out of the reach of children. Temperature indicators are not higher than the 25 ° C mark.

Cyborate-oftan can be used for a 2-year term from the date of manufacture of the medicinal product.
