Gerimax is a complex of ginseng root extract and essential minerals with vitamins required for life. The weakening of the absorption of the B9-vitamin, which is in the composition of the drug, is caused by the effect of anticonvulsants, methotrexate, trimethoprim with sulfasalazine, triamterene and pyrimethamine.

Laxatives reduce the absorption of tocopherol, retinol and calciferol.

The absorption of cyanocobalamin decreases in the case of administration of biguanides.

The bioavailability of thiamine, retinol and pyridoxine is reduced when the drug is used together with bleomycin, isoniazid, as well as fluorouracil, cisplatin and vinblastine.

The intensity of thiamine excretion increases when drugs are used in combination with isoniazid and penicillamine.

When the medication is prescribed together with estrogenic oral contraception, an increase in the level of C-vitamin and retinol may develop, as well as a weakening of the absorption of B9-vitamin.

Antacids and tetracyclines reduce the absorption of the element Fe.
