Humer is used to treat and clean the nasal cavity. The drug helps to dilute the discharge of the nasal mucosa and helps to remove them, thus restoring the free respiratory process.
The drug can be used in combination with the substances of basic therapy.
Frequent use of the spray in various allergic pathologies is due to the fact that it effectively cleans the nasal mucosa from various external irritants that cause the appearance of allergies: fluff with dust, wool, pollen, and so on.
Through the use of drugs there is a significant increase in immunity and the reduction of inflammation.
Indications Humer
It is used as a daily hygiene substance for the nasal cavity:
- moisturizing the nasal mucosa with dry air;
- elimination of allergens and dust from the nasal mucosa;
- preventing the development of nasal infections during the autumn-winter period;
- reduction of dry nasal mucosa.
In the form of an additional element during therapy prescribed in such cases:
- inflammation of the nasal sinuses and cavities, as well as the nasopharynx (in the active or chronic phase);
- pediatric hypertrophy of the adenoids ;
- rhinitis with vasomotor (allergic) nature, year-round or seasonal;
- after surgery in the organs of the nasal cavity.
Release form
The release of drugs is implemented in the form of a nasal spray, inside cans with a capacity of 150 ml. In a pack - 1 spray with a special nozzle.
Dosing and administration
Spray is used for flushing the nasal cavity in adults, as well as adolescents over 15 years of age.
For hygiene and prophylaxis, 2-3 injections of the medicine are made into each of the nostrils 3-6 times per day.
As an additional element of basic therapy - 2-3 injections into the inside of each nostril 4-8 times per day.
Therapy lasts 0.5-1 months. It is recommended to repeat the therapeutic cycle after 1 month.
The procedure is as follows: it is necessary to tilt the head to the side, then insert the nozzle of the balloon into the nostril above. Next 2-3 seconds to press on the nozzle for washing the nose. Then the nose is purged to clear it of accumulated mucus. Similar actions are performed with the second nostril. If necessary, the procedure can be repeated.
The maximum effect can be obtained using a spray before meals.
At the end of the procedure, the nozzle is washed under water. Spray can be used individually.
Use Humer during pregnancy
Humer can be prescribed during pregnancy.
Storage conditions
Humer is required to keep in a closed place from small children. Temperature marks - no more than 25 ° C. It is forbidden to throw into the fire or pierce a used spray.
Shelf life
Humer is allowed to apply within a 3-year term from the time the drug was manufactured.
