Vivabon is a tonic medicine. It stimulates the processes of intellectual and physical development, especially in children. In addition, it increases resistance to stress, increases appetite and accelerates recovery processes after illness or fatigue.

The composition of the drug contains the following elements: Indonesian long pepper, date fruits, Emblica officinalis, winter cherry, black cardamom with medicinal ginger, Centella asiatica, fenugreek and cornflower. [ 1 ]

Indications Vivabon

It is used in the combined treatment of the following disorders: hypotrophy, stress, anorexia, poor growth and severe fatigue.

Release form

The medicinal substance is released in the form of syrup - inside 0.12 l bottles. There is 1 such bottle in a pack.

Pharmacodynamics

Date fruits contain natural fluoride, which helps protect tooth enamel from caries, selenium, which is needed to strengthen the immune system, and also cyanocobalamin, proteins and vitamin C.

Emblica officinalis increases the body's resistance to infections, boosts the immune response and strengthens teeth. At the same time, it increases appetite and helps to increase weight, having an anabolic effect. [ 2 ]

Winter cherry reduces tension associated with nerves, increases red blood cell counts and stimulates physical and intellectual activity.

Indonesian long pepper helps to increase appetite.

Centella asiatica stimulates intellectual activity and helps improve memory. It contains natural amino acids, glycosides with vitamins, microelements and bioactive alkaloids. [ 3 ]

Black cardamom contains zinc, which is required for healthy development and growth of the body and the functioning of the endocrine glands (for example, insulin production). This plant also prevents the appearance of signs of allergies.

Ginger promotes the secretion of gastric juice and saliva, and in addition has choleretic properties.

Shambhala helps to increase appetite.

Cornflower helps to strengthen bones and muscle tissue.

Dosing and administration

Persons aged 3-6 years use 1 teaspoon of syrup 2 times a day. The age subgroup of 6-12 years is prescribed 2 teaspoons, 2 times a day. Persons from 12 years (children and adults) use 1 tablespoon, 3 times a day.

The duration of the treatment cycle is selected individually by the attending physician; it is often 2.5-3 months.

  • Application for children

The medication is not used in children under 3 years of age.

Use Vivabon during pregnancy

It is prohibited to prescribe Vivabon during breastfeeding and pregnancy.

Contraindications

Contraindicated for use by diabetics, as well as in cases of severe intolerance associated with the elements of the drug.

Side effects Vivabon

Side effects include:

  • manifestations of allergy: itching or hives;
  • gastrointestinal disorders: dyspepsia, bloating, diarrhea, belching and nausea;
  • problems with the nervous system: dizziness.

If any negative symptoms develop, you should stop using the medication and consult a doctor.

Storage conditions

Vivabon should be stored in a place out of reach of small children. Temperature level – no more than 25°С.

Shelf life

Vivabon can be used for a period of 36 months from the date of manufacture of the therapeutic product.

Analogues

Analogues of the drug are Pantocrin, Trimetabol and Ehingin with Bioaron C, and in addition Trekrezan, Vigor, Ladasten with Aralia tincture, Kedrovit, Avicenna and Van-Bi.
