Pharmacodynamics
The active ingredient of the medicament is the sucralfate-disaccharide element, which contains sucrose sulphate together with aluminum hydroxide. The use of the drug helps the rapid healing of peptic ulcer lesions, prevents the appearance of gastrointestinal ulcers, and also helps protect gastric mucosa from the negative effect of hydrochloric acid and pepsin. Due to the use of Venter, the activity of pepsin decreases by 30%. In this case, the drug does not have a significant effect on the pH of the gastric juice.
The therapeutic effect is based on the synthesis of sucralfate with proteins located inside the diseased tissues of the mucous membranes, thus creating a protective film over the ulcer surface. The medication increases the rate of scarring of existing ulcers and healing of lesions, and besides it prevents the recurrence of pathology and the appearance of stress caused ulcers. Along with this, there is a decrease in phosphate absorption in the gastrointestinal tract.
Pharmacokinetics
After oral administration, the active element is slightly absorbed into the circulatory system. The medicine does not form clinically significant plasma indices and does not have a systemic effect. Metabolism is also not affected by the drug component.
Partial excretion of drugs occurs through the kidneys, and the remainder is excreted through the intestine, in an unmodified state.

An adult should take 2 tablets or 2 bags of LS granules a day. In this case, this dosage is divided into 2 uses - in the afternoon, before dinner, and then in the evening, before going to bed.
When a patient is diagnosed with hyperphosphataemia, a reduction in portion is required. With a peptic ulcer, it is allowed to increase the daily dosage by half. The treatment cycle for people with a peptic form of the gastrointestinal ulcer lasts approximately 3 months. Until then, the use of the drug can not be canceled, even if the signs of the disease disappear. It is recommended to continue therapy before the diagnosis, which will confirm that the ulcers began to cicatrize.
To prevent the development of ulcers caused by stress, an adult is prescribed the use of the 1st pill or sachet, 6 times a day.
To prevent recurrence of ulcers, you need to take twice a day for the first pill or a packet of medicines. For a day allowed to take a maximum of 8 tablets / sachets. People with problems in the work of the kidney need to shorten the treatment cycle.

Reviews
Venter is often discussed in various medical forums, because many people have various problems with digestive activity. Sometimes they have a slight degree of severity - for example, failures in the nutritional process or overeating; and at times there are quite serious diseases, such as gastritis or peptic ulcer. Therefore, medicines intended for the treatment of digestive and digestive diseases are of great demand in patients.
It is reported that the drug has different effects on different people and does not always help to eliminate problems with the function of the gastrointestinal tract. However, in the same reports it is mentioned that these commentators started using the medicine on the recommendation of other people, without preliminary examination and appointment of a doctor. They usually turn to a specialist only after the appearance of severe pains, and on the examination they are diagnosed with a serious illness, in which they in their reviews accuse the pills that did not have the desired result, although the problem was the lack of a correct diagnosis and selected therapy. Because of this, it is recommended not to engage in self-medication, leading the situation to serious complications, and immediately go to a doctor who can choose a suitable medicine for the patient.
