Unigamma is a multivitamin with enhanced pharmacological effect of B vitamins.

Indications Unigamma

Unigamma is used as part of a complex treatment for neurological diseases: intercostal neuralgia, cervicobrachial syndrome, radicular syndrome in osteochondrosis and disc herniation, trigeminal neuralgia.

Release form

Release form of Unigamma - tablets, in a package - 30 pcs.

Pharmacodynamics

Unigamma - B vitamins.

Benfotiamine is a fat-soluble form of thiamine, which is converted into thiamine pyrophosphate in the body. As a result, transketolase activity increases. Disorders in diabetes occur due to a deficiency of this important enzyme. ATP synthesis is impossible without thiamine. ATP improves the conduction of nerve impulses.

Vitamin B6, or pyridoxine, plays a key role in the normal function of the central nervous system. In the body, it is converted into pyridoxal-5-phosphate, which is involved in the metabolism of tryptophan, which accelerates the restoration of nerve cells.

Vitamin B12 is a component of DNA and RNA, carbohydrates and fats synthesis. Deficiency of this vitamin leads to myelin sheath disorders.

Pharmacokinetics

After taking Unigamma, benfotiamine is immediately absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract. The maximum concentration of the vitamin is achieved in the blood within an hour. It is metabolized in the liver and excreted in the urine.

Small concentrations of pyridoxine can be found in the myocardium and liver. It is excreted by the kidneys within 3-6 hours.

Vitamin B12 is delivered to tissues after absorption. From the liver, it is excreted into the intestines, where it is absorbed.

Dosing and administration

Take one tablet, 1 or 2 times a day, with plenty of water. Treatment in large doses for more than one and a half months is not recommended.

Special instructions

B vitamins are “food” for neurons. They are necessary to repel the daily attack on our fragile nervous system, our main “processor”. They have been used to treat diseases of the nervous system for many years. The latest work in the field of neurophysiology clearly convinces - if a person has insomnia and memory loss, then, most likely, the problem is a lack of B vitamins. The need for B vitamins is especially great in the elderly, in cases of poisoning and stress. If they are lacking, you begin to suffer from insomnia, your performance and attention decrease, and you have a headache. Parasitic infections can give the same symptoms, so you should not take B vitamins for a long time; if there is no progress, look for another cause of ill health.

However, due to vitamin deficiency, diseases occur. For example, with a deficiency of vitamin B1, a person gets beriberi. This disease is widespread in the tropics, where the main food is plants, rice, and there is no meat. If you do not eat meat, we recommend cooking dishes from seaweed and eating nuts to compensate for the deficiency. This condition is accompanied by loss of sensitivity in the limbs. Vitamin B1 is the vitamin of a great mood and excellent health.

In case of a deficiency of B vitamins, special vitamin complexes are needed that have a healing effect on the nervous system and restore nervous tissue. Such medications are available in the form of injections and tablets.

Deficiency of B vitamins causes pressure surges and disruption of neurohumoral regulation, and also leads to a persistent decrease in immunity. Vitamin B1 gives you self-confidence, increases efficiency and improves mood and memory, soothes irritated "exposed" nerves. It takes an active part in carbohydrate metabolism. Enhances tissue respiration. During stress, your body really needs vitamins B2 and B6. They are directly involved in the work of the cardiovascular system, they dilate blood vessels. A person gets these two vitamins most often from meat products, oatmeal and legumes. Vitamin B2 takes part in the synthesis of ATP, performs antioxidant functions, improves vision. With the participation of vitamin B2, the synthesis of thyroid hormones occurs. Among the cells of the body, there are no such that can normally perform their function without vitamin B2, it is also called riboflavin. Vitamin B3 takes part in the production of energy for the heart muscle. Vitamin B5 stimulates the heart and increases attention. Vitamin B6 breaks down cholesterol. It is found in absolutely every cell. It is necessary for pregnant women and patients with hepatitis and joint diseases. Its deficiency causes sensory polyneuropathy, accompanied by a feeling of numbness and impaired reflexes, and sleep is impaired. Sources of vitamin B6 are walnuts, liver, prunes, seeds, dairy products, and pistachios. Vitamin B6 removes homocysteine from the body, an amino acid that is very harmful to blood vessels and can provoke a heart attack or stroke. People need to take it to have calm nerves. Also, without vitamin B6, it is impossible to absorb vitamin B12. Since all B vitamins are water-soluble, they are easily lost during heat treatment. Antibiotics and smoking prevent easy absorption of B vitamins, so medications and bad habits should be abandoned as much as possible.

These vitamins also improve our performance. Vitamin B12 is an assistant in the process of cell division and the formation of red blood cells. Vitamin B12 strengthens the brain, reduces the toxic effect on the central nervous system. It is found in tuna, beef and milk. Its deficiency causes anemia. Vitamin B12 therapy is especially recommended for those who work in hazardous industries, athletes, people experiencing the loss of a loved one, those suffering from anxiety and neuroses, allergies, hypertension and migraines, since these conditions are mostly of a psychosomatic nature. Also remember that B vitamins directly affect the absorption of minerals: magnesium, calcium. B vitamins do not accumulate in the body, but are immediately consumed during mental stress.

Could despair, sadness, depression, fear, and absent-mindedness be the result of vitamin deficiency? Insomnia and forgetfulness indicate that your nerves need help. Vitamins and microelements are great for fighting depression. If you have to go to bed late but want to feel great, take B vitamins. Strong nerves help us not to react so sharply to criticism. And women suffering from PMS are, in most cases, victims of vitamin B6 deficiency. Unigamma replenishes the deficiency of B vitamins without side effects. Unfortunately, no one can do without stress today. Communication with colleagues, household chores, travel in transport – all these are sources of nervous tension. Unigamma will help not only to recover from an attack of radiculitis or osteochondrosis, but also to resist stress. If you have signs of magnesium deficiency along with a deficiency of B vitamins, try taking a course of Magne B6. Vitamins and minerals contained in Magne B6 and the drug Unigamma will make neurons work at full capacity. For you, this means a successful fight against everyday stress. You will not be afraid of a busy schedule or being in a constant information flow.

Every day you should set aside some time for yourself when you are absolutely calm. Sit in a quiet place and breathe deeply. You also need to get enough sleep. For this, it is important not to overeat at night, protein is especially harmful. Protein foods are quite heavy, and instead of sleeping, your body will be busy digesting them. Have a light dinner, 3 hours before going to bed. Sleep with the window open on an orthopedic mattress. Before going to bed, take a bath with essential oils - pour oil into the bath and soak for 20-25 minutes. Drink warm milk with honey at night. Mint is good for calming. Pour boiling water over it and drink an infusion three times a day, one glass at a time. There are cases when you cannot calm down on your own, and the doctor prescribes arsenic-containing medications for calming. They are used for neuroses to raise tone. These medications contain very little arsenic, they cannot harm you if prescribed by a doctor.

In general, smile more often. Find something you enjoy doing – and you won’t have to work, forcing yourself. To gain nervous strength, you need to work on yourself every day. Your body requires careful attention. Cheerfulness gives you the strength to solve any, even the most difficult, life task. Don’t be friends with quarrelsome people. This is of great importance for healthy, strong nerves. And take a pack of Unigamma to work with you to be armed against stress. In a stressful situation, stay calm and show indifference, don’t get irritated.

In addition to nervousness, we often visit a neurologist because of back pain. Most often, the cause is osteochondrosis, "drying out", "aging" of the discs and damage to the nerve roots. Prevention of osteochondrosis is simple: do not carry heavy objects on one side, provide the body with substances useful for cartilage. You cannot do without gymnastics. It is also necessary to take high doses of B vitamins: they significantly reduce pain. Unfortunately, in developing countries, the problem of deficiency of these vitamins has always been relevant. Such people have a high risk of developing polyneuropathy. These are diseases that occur as a result of weakening of the nervous system. The problem is especially relevant for older people. They need to take vitamin complexes for a month every three months. Before the session, it is also very useful for students to stock up on fuel for the nerves. The importance of vitamins for strengthening the nervous system is very great if you often work at night. A few more tips for maintaining a healthy nervous system:

  1. During the night, the quality of sleep changes, alternating phases of slow and fast sleep. During slow sleep, all organs and systems are in a relaxed state, and during fast sleep, the heartbeat quickens, through closed eyelids you can see that the eyes are moving. This phase of sleep is very sensitive. The slightest rustle causes a person to wake up. Therefore, you need to sleep in complete silence. At night, turn off all equipment that can hum at least a little, it creates background noise.
  2. Sleeping until two o'clock in the morning is "beauty sleep". At this time, all organs are restored, the skin becomes velvety if you go to bed before midnight.
  3. Chronic diseases are caused by clogged and polluted organisms. Get rid of slags, and the nervous system will stop working in a constant emergency mode.

Shelf life

The shelf life of the drug Unigamma is 3 years.
