Gynecology is a branch of medicine whose activities are aimed at maintaining women's health. For this purpose, both general-action drugs and specific medications with a limited scope of application are used. Tazalok is one of such drugs that are used strictly in gynecology. It is worth mentioning right away that this drug is a natural, herbal remedy and does not contain biological or synthetic hormones, although its action is aimed at restoring the balance of gonadotropic hormones estrogen and progesterone in the female body.

Indications Tazalok

Indications for the use of "Tazalok" are associated with disorders in the female reproductive system, as well as the development of pathological processes in the internal genital organs. The drug is a safe regulator of the menstrual cycle and its accompanying symptoms, which makes it effective in reducing the manifestations of premenstrual syndrome and menopause.

The drug is irreplaceable for painful periods (dysmenorrhea), accompanied by other unpleasant symptoms such as general weakness and muscle weakness, increased fatigue, nausea leading to vomiting, headaches and dizziness, and fainting.

"Tazalok" is also effective for algomenorrhea, when severe menstrual pain occurs due to abnormal positioning of the uterus, inflammatory processes, endometriosis (pathological proliferation of cells in the uterine mucosa) and even excessive excitability of the central nervous system.

"Tazalok" has found its application in the treatment of such serious pathologies arising against the background of hormonal imbalance as fibrocystic mastopathy (changes in the cells of the mammary gland) and ovarian retention cyst with the formation of a benign tumor filled with fluid.

The use of Tazalok is also justified as part of a comprehensive treatment for uterine pathologies, such as the growth of the uterine mucosa inside and outside the organ (endometrial hyperplasia and endometriosis), the occurrence of benign neoplasms in the uterus (fibroma), as well as ovarian dysfunction (polycystic ovary syndrome).

Release form

"Tazalok" can be found in pharmacies in one form of release - as an alcohol solution with a brown tint and placed in a dark glass bottle with a volume of 50 or 100 ml.

The solution has a specific smell, which is due to the presence of herbal extracts in it, which make up 10% of the total volume of the preparation. The remaining 90% is ethyl alcohol with a strength of 40%.

The composition of plant materials includes both familiar plants used in cooking and cosmetics (calendula flowers, or marigolds as they are commonly known, as well as fresh celery root and curly parsley), and specific components (root of six-petal meadowsweet, bedstraw grass, or honey grass, and common flax).

It is the complex effect of various medicinal herbs that provides the drug with high efficiency.

Pharmacodynamics

"Tazalok" is a drug that has a complex effect on the female body. At the same time, its composition is selected in such a way that each component of the drug enhances the effect of others, i.e. a synergistic effect is observed.

Flavonoids of biologically active substances in the herbal preparation are similar in structure to the hormone estrogen, but do not exhibit its characteristic action. By replacing estrogens, flavonoids inhibit the conversion of androgens into estrogens if there is an excess of them. Thus, the ratio of sex hormones in women is optimized.

Due to the ability of the drug to control the production of gonadotropic hormones that regulate the work of the sex glands, Tazalok is able to quickly and effectively normalize the menstrual cycle in women, stabilizing its second phase. And the sedative and restorative effect of the drug helps to actively combat the painful manifestations of premenstrual syndrome and menopause.

The drug has sufficient analgesic and antispasmodic action. Its use helps to relieve pain and simply unpleasant sensations that accompany menstrual bleeding.

The positive effect of the components of "Tazalok" on the tissues of the internal genital organs and mammary glands, in particular the uterus and ovaries, has been noted. The use of the drug prevents the development of processes caused by dysplasia, or otherwise disturbances in the formation of tissues of female organs.

Due to its anti-inflammatory, antitumor and antiproliferative action, Tazalok prevents tumor growth, preventing tumor cells from spreading. It effectively prevents tissue from growing too fast, which makes the drug useful for endometriosis. In polycystic ovary disease, Tazalok helps soften the cystic capsule and relieve tension in it. At the same time, the drug helps a healthy ovary or part of it to function normally.

Pharmacokinetics

By spreading together with the body fluids into its various tissues, Tazalok gains the ability to influence painful lumps in the mammary glands, promoting their reduction or complete resorption.

Another useful property of the drug is that it reduces the sensitivity of the mammary glands to hormonal fluctuations that occur before, during and after menstruation.
