"Tadenan" is a drug based on plant materials (African plum bark), specially created to treat one single disease that has become a scourge for the male population of the planet.
Taking the drug "Tadenan" is advisable in the early stages of BPH development and cannot replace surgical intervention in case of advanced condition. In such case it is irreplaceable as a preventive measure after prostate surgery.
In general, Tadenan is a fairly effective and safe drug for fighting prostate adenoma. However, its use should be supervised by a specialist doctor who will monitor the patient's condition and any undesirable or, conversely, positive changes in the body. This will make it possible, in some cases, to diagnose prostate cancer in time, disguised as a "harmless" benign tumor.
Indications Tadenan
Indications for the use of the herbal preparation "Tadenan" are conditions accompanying the development of a benign neoplasm in the prostate gland, located next to the bladder and responsible for the production of a special substance that is part of sperm.
Prostate adenoma, or benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) is a disease familiar to many men not so much for its danger to health as for the unpleasant and painful sensations during urination. These sensations are explained simply: the location of the prostate gland is such that it surrounds the urethra with a dense ring, and the growing neoplasm compresses it, causing various disorders during urination.
These disorders include: intermittent urination, a feeling of bladder fullness with scanty urine output, constant uncontrollable strong urges to urinate, insufficient force of the stream and a feeling of incomplete emptying of the bladder, pain when urinating. All these symptoms cause a feeling of anxiety and depression in men, which affects the health of both the emotional and sexual spheres of life.
The causes of BPH development are normal physiological processes in the male body, such as aging, as well as the production and transformation of male sex hormones in the prostate gland, in particular dihydrotestosterone, which is the trigger for the tumor process.
The drug "Tadenan" is designed to relieve men from unpleasant symptoms of the disease, preventing the development of tumors. It is also a preventive remedy of plant origin, preventing the occurrence of relapses after surgery (removal of the prostate or the tumor itself in it by surgery), if necessary.
Release form
The drug "Tadenan" has one form of release. These are soft white-green capsules that must be taken orally with a sufficient amount of liquid. Each capsule contains 50 mg of African plum bark extract. For ease of storage and use, the capsules are placed in blisters of 10 and 30 pieces, and then in a cardboard container with a certain number of blisters.
Pharmacodynamics
Since prostate hyperplasia is a benign process that does not metastasize to other organs, surgical intervention is not always advisable. In this situation, it is important to stop the tumor growth process.
"Tadenan" is an antitumor drug. Its active ingredient - an extract of the bark of the African plum - actively prevents the growth of fibroblasts, which under normal conditions are ordinary, quite safe cells of the connective tissue of the body, and with physiologically conditioned pathological growth can form both benign and malignant tumors.
In fact, the African plum preparation affects the main growth factor of connective tissue cells (b-FGF), which is the culprit of tumor development. If the b-FGF factor is made inactive, then tumor growth stops, and urination processes return to normal.

Pharmacokinetics
The pharmacokinetics of the drug have not been sufficiently studied, however, the effectiveness of Tadenan in the treatment and prevention of prostate adenoma, as well as its relative safety for the male body (the absence of chemical additives and negative impact on the production and activity of sex hormones) puts it on par with other popular remedies for BPH.
Dosing and administration
The drug can be taken according to two schemes: 1 capsule twice a day or 2 capsules once. It is preferable to take the medicine before meals. For therapeutic and preventive purposes, patients are prescribed an individual course of up to 6 weeks, in rare cases an additional 1-2 weeks or a repeated course of treatment may be needed.
Use Tadenan during pregnancy
The question of using Tadenan during pregnancy simply does not arise, since this drug is intended exclusively for men for the purpose of resolving a purely male problem.
Contraindications
Since Tadenan is a herbal preparation, it has very few contraindications for use. They are mainly associated with hypersensitivity reactions to the components of the drug, mainly to peanut oil, which is present in the composition of the drug. An allergic reaction to peanuts can be very violent and pose a danger to life (anaphylactic shock), so it is necessary to inform the doctor about such a feature of the body in relation to products containing peanuts or its derivatives before taking Tadenan.
Side effects Tadenan
Side effects of the drug are usually associated with either an immune system reaction (urticaria) or gastrointestinal reactions (impaired bowel movements, nausea, and loss of appetite). In very rare cases, the mammary glands may slightly enlarge or there may be minor pain in the testicles.
