Phytohepatol No. 3 (choleretic collection No. 3) is a collection of various plants with a choleretic effect. The natural medicine contains medicinal herbs that provide the development of 3 effects at the same time: in addition to the choleretic effect itself, an anti-inflammatory and antispasmodic effect develops; in addition, the drug has a mild laxative effect. Contains tansy, chamomile and marigold flowers, yarrow herb and peppermint leaves.
The synergistic effect of all the elements of the drug contributes to the development of medicinal effects on the gastrointestinal tract in the disorders described below. [ 1 ]
Indications Phytohepatol No. 3 (choleretic collection No. 3)
It is used in combination treatment during chronic non-calculous cholecystitis, biliary dyskinesia and chronic hepatitis.
Release form
The medicine is released in the form of crushed collection - inside packages with a capacity of 30, 50, 75 or 100 g.
Dosing and administration
Approximately 8 g of the mixture (2 tablespoons) should be poured into an enamel container, then 0.2 l of boiled water (1 glass) should be poured into it. Then the container is covered with a lid and heated in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes; then the decoction is left for 45 minutes to infuse, after which it is filtered and the remaining raw materials are squeezed out. The resulting tincture should be brought to a volume of 0.2 l with boiled water.
It should be taken orally - ½-⅓ glass 3 times a day, half an hour before meals. The therapy cycle lasts 0.5-1 month.
The tincture must be shaken before use.
- Application for children
The use of the drug in persons under 12 years of age is prohibited without a prescription from a doctor, since there is not enough information regarding its use in pediatrics.

Phytohepatol No. 3 is not prescribed during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Contraindications
Contraindicated for use in cases of severe intolerance to the components of the medication, as well as in cases of calculous cholecystitis.

Storage conditions
Phytohepatol No. 3 (choleretic collection No. 3) must be stored in a dark place, out of reach of children and away from moisture.

Phytohepatol No. 3 (choleretic collection No. 3) can be used within a 2-year period from the date of sale of the medicinal product. The shelf life of the finished tincture is 2 days.
