Pharmacodynamics

The drug acts on the body with the help of 2 active elements - papaverine with bendazole. The first weakens vascular resistance and reduces blood pressure values - by blocking the enzymes PDE and CPK inside the vessels. The number of Ca inside the cells decreases, and cyclic AMP accumulates, due to which the vasodilator effect of the drug develops. Papaverine also has an antispasmodic effect on the gastrointestinal tract, biliary tract and urinary tract.

Bendazole has a direct effect on the imidazole endings of the smooth muscles of the vascular walls. This allows you to remove spasms, reduce blood pressure and reduce the intracellular amount of Ca. In addition, this element stimulates spinal cord activity and, in the case of prolonged use, plays the role of an immunomodulator. There is also activation of the processes of binding nucleic acids and protein, and the production of antibodies with phagocytosis.

The drug has antispasmodic, vasodilatory and vasodilatory properties. When used in large doses, it has a weak sedative effect.

Papazol reduces blood pressure by reducing the resistance of vascular walls.
