Pamired is a pharmacotherapeutic group of drugs that affect the process of mineralization of bone tissues and prevent their destruction. The international non-proprietary name is Pamidronate. Manufacturer - Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Ltd (India).
Pamired is one of the synonyms of bisphosphonate preparations having as active substance a pamidronic acid derivative disodium pamidronate and an identical mechanism of pharmacological action. Other trade names for drugs with this substance: Pamidronate, Pamiredin, Pamidria, Pamifos, Pomigara, Armedia, and others.
Pamir, like other preparations based on disodium pamidronate, are available in the form of lyophilized dry matter for the preparation of a solution for intravenous slow infusions.
Indications for use Pamired and all the characteristics of this drug, including contraindications to use, dosage, side effects, interactions with other drugs, etc., fully coincide with the characteristics of the drugs-synonyms. For complete information, see Pamidronate.
