Pamiredine is a drug from the group of biophosphonates that affect bone tissue metabolism and prevent bone destruction. Pamiredine is produced by Pharmasciense (Canada) and is a synonym for drugs that are produced by other manufacturers under the trade names: Pamidronate, Pamidria, Pamired, Pamifos, Pomigara, Aredia, etc.
These drugs, including Pamiredine, have the same active substance - disodium pamidronate, the action of which is aimed at slowing the growth of cells that destroy bone tissue.
The release form, pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics of Pamiredine, contraindications for use, side effects and other characteristics of this drug are identical to those of synonymous drugs - for full information see Pamidronate.
Indications Pamiredin
Indications for the use of Pamiredin are completely consistent with the indications for the use of the drug Pamidronate, namely: cancer metastases to bone tissue, hypercalcemia in oncological diseases, myeloma, deforming osteitis (Paget's disease).
