Pharmacodynamics
Phenylephrine g / x - the main constituent Nasol diet - reduces the degree of edema and redness of the mucous membranes in the nose, reduces exudation, helps to resume free breathing, lowers the pressure in the nasal sinuses and in the middle ear cavity. These properties are characteristic of phenylephrine, since this substance is an agonist of α1-adrenergic receptors (sympathomimetic substance). Its main ability is the narrowing of the vessels, which occurs by activating the α1 receptors in the superficial mucous layer. The use of Nazol kides prevents the development of complications associated with congestion in the upper respiratory tract.
