Menovazan is a complex medicine; its activity develops due to the properties of the active elements.
The combination of the constituent elements of the drug provides a reverse disorder of excitability, as well as the conductivity of neural endings and mediators in case of direct contact with them. Indications Menovazan
It is used for therapy with arthralgia , neuralgia and myalgia , and in addition it is prescribed in the case of dermatoses, during which itching is noted.
Release form
The drug is produced in the form of an ointment - inside tubes with a volume of 40 g.
Pharmacodynamics
The drug increases the threshold of depolarization of the wall of the neuronal fiber, reduces the rate of development of the ascending stage of the activity potential and the severity of excitation within the neuronal elements.
Menthol has a selective effect with respect to the cold ends, which leads to the appearance of a cooling effect. The irritating effect may be replaced by mild pain relief. The substance leads to a reflex change in vascular tone - both in relation to superficial and deep vessels.
Novocaine has an intense analgesic effect, and at the same time has no effect on vascular tone. [2]

Dosing and administration
