Memorin is a herbal medicine. It stabilizes the processes of cell metabolism, tissue perfusion and rheological properties of the blood.
The substance has a dosage size-dependent regulatory effect on the vascular system, potentiates the production of a relaxing endothelial factor, and in addition, has a vasodilating effect on small arteries and increases venous tone, which makes it possible to regulate blood circulation in the vessels. Indications Memorin
It is used for such disorders:
- intermittent claudication associated with arteriopathies in the region of the vessels of the legs (have a chronic obliterating form);
- visual disturbances of a vascular nature, as well as a weakening of visual acuity;
- cognitive impairment of various origins (due to stroke or TBI, old age, as well as encephalopathy of the discirculatory type) or neurosensory deficiency (aging-induced degeneration affecting the macula, as well as diabetic retinopathy);
- Raynaud's disease ;
- ear ringing , hearing impairment, coordination disorder, dizziness of a vascular nature.
Release form
The release of drugs is realized in the form of a liquid for oral administration - inside bottles with a capacity of 40 ml; inside the box contains 1 such bottle.
Pharmacodynamics
The drug stimulates the processes of intracerebral perfusion, as well as the flow of glucose and oxygen molecules into the brain; along with this, it slows down erythrocyte aggregation and the action of factors that activate platelets.
Memorin strengthens the strength of the vascular walls and has an anti-thrombotic effect. In addition, it inhibits lipid oxidation inside cell membranes and the binding of free radicals. Regulates the processes of release, destruction, and reabsorption of neurotransmitters, and in addition, their functioning as complementary endings. [2]
Demonstrates antihypoxic activity, stimulates metabolic processes within tissues with organs, and in addition promotes cellular accumulation of macroergs and increases the rate of oxygen excretion with glucose, and also harmonizes mediatory processes inside the brain.
Pharmacokinetics
After ingestion of the liquid inside, the absorption of the drug is complete and fast. Complete excretion of the drug occurs after 72 hours - through the lungs with the kidneys. The half-life is 4.5 hours.
Dosing and administration
It is required to use the drug, 20 drops inside (approximately 1 ml of the drug), 3 times a day, along with food. On average, the treatment cycle is 3 months.

Use Memorin during pregnancy
There is no information regarding the safety and drug efficacy of the drug during pregnancy or HB.
Contraindications
It is contraindicated to prescribe to people with severe intolerance to the elements of the medication.
Side effects Memorin

Interactions with other drugs

Among them are drugs that have an antabuse effect with respect to alcohol (increased heart rate, epidermal hyperemia and hyperthermia): chloramphenicol and griseofulvin with cephalosporins, and in addition ketoconazole, chlorpropamide, cytostatics with derivatives of 5-nitroimidazole and antidiabetic drugs.
In addition, the drug cannot be combined with neurodepressants.
Storage conditions
Memorine must be kept in a place closed from small children, at room temperature.
Shelf life
Memorin can be used for a period of 3 years from the date of manufacture of the pharmaceutical product.
