Release form
Magnefar B6 is available in the form of tablets. The tablets themselves have an ellipsoidal shape, the color is white. To the touch - smooth, with a one-sided line.
Five hundred milligrams of hydroaspartate of magnesium (equivalent to 34 mg of Mg2 +), five milligrams of vitamin B6 contains one tablet of the drug. Filled with additional substances - magnesium stearate and cellulose.

Pharmacodynamics
Important elements in the human body are magnesium cations, improving metabolic processes. Strengthen the membranes and restore cell organelles.
Magnesium compounds are necessary for the regulation of metabolic processes in virtually all systems that include both nerve, bone and other tissues. Magnesium improves the work of nerves - auditory and visual. Protects the heart from oxygen starvation and ischemia.
Magnesium has an anticoagulant effect and prevents blockage of blood vessels. The sedative effect, which the drug possesses, can reduce the excitability of the nervous system.
Vitamin B6 is involved in the metabolism of amino acids, carbohydrates and lipids, as well as the synthesis of hemoglobin. The lack of this vitamin is the cause of seborrheic dermatitis on the face, promotes hypochromic anemia, especially in children. These problems can be more clearly manifested in the absence of a trace element of magnesium.
The use of vitamin B6 and magnesium in one preparation helps to strengthen the mutual action of each of these components. Thus, vitamin B6 helps increase the magnesium content in the blood, while delaying its excretion in the urine. To accelerate the processes of transformation of vitamin B6 in the liver, magnesium is needed. The joint use of magnesium and vitamin B6 compensates for the lack of these substances, accelerating absorption in the gastrointestinal tract and faster entry into the cells.
Dosing and administration
For the prevention and treatment of an insufficient amount of magnesium in the body, this remedy is recommended. The states in which it is necessary to increase the level of magnesium:
- nervousness;
- asthenia;
- withdrawal of excitability;
- insomnia;
- muscle pains and spasms;
- overfatigue of different types;
- accelerated growth of children;
- pregnant; older persons;
- with complex therapy of the heart and blood vessels.
Method of application of the drug Magnefar B6 oral. It is advisable to drink with a large amount of water.
Adults; children of more than twelve; can take 6-8 tablets per day.
From 4 to 6 tablets per day can be prescribed to children age from 6 to 12 years with a weight of more than twenty kilograms.
Daily intake is divided into two three times.
As a prophylactic means should take 2 to 3 tablets daily adults and children over six.
In the case of achieving the necessary dose of magnesium in the body, the drug is stopped taking.
If there is a need to take levodopa and Magnefar B6 at the same time, the dose of magnesium preparation is one tablet per day. If there is a need to simultaneously fill the deficiency of magnesium and calcium, then first make up for the lack of magnesium, and then take calcium preparations. If a patient has a diagnosis of renal insufficiency of moderate severity, the medicine should be used very carefully so that there is no hypermagnesia. It is possible to use a tetracycline group of antibiotics and Magnnefar B6, but the time between taking one and taking another drug should be more than three hours.
Use of the magnefar B6 during pregnancy
The damage to the fetus has not been investigated. To use the medicine during pregnancy, consultation of the attending physician is necessary.
During the period of breastfeeding it is not recommended to use it because of the ingress of magnesium into milk.

Overdose
When the endocrine system is stable, magnesium does not lead to poisoning in large doses.

Interactions with other drugs
When used simultaneously Magnefar B6 with theophylline, tetracycline and quinolone drugs, anticoagulants, phosphates and iron-containing agents, calcium salts decreases mutual digestion. Assimilation of levodopa in parallel administration Magnefar B6 also decreases. Aminoglycosides, diuretics, cisplatin provoke increased excretion in the urine. Simultaneous application of Magnefar B6 slows the excretion of amphetamines, ephedrine, quinine and quinidine.
Storage conditions
Storage conditions Magnefar B6 - in a special dark place not accessible to children, at room temperature. Blisters are stored in cardboard packages of 6 pieces each. Each blister contains 10 tablets.
Shelf life
