Release form

The first form of release is capsules, one unit of which contains 120 million spores of lactobacilli (Lactic Acid Bacillus, Bacillus coagulans, Lb.sporogene), as well as 0.015 ml of cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) and 1.5 mg of folic acid.
The second is a packaged form of release. Inside the capsule or sachet is a crystalline powder. It can have a different shade from pale yellow to yellow and pink. After dissolving the powder, you can taste a pleasant strawberry flavor.

Dosing and administration
Lactovit Forte should be taken orally on a single capsule or one sachet twice a day. The maximum one-time dosage can be two capsules (or two packets).
Children up to two years of the drug in the form of capsules is not assigned, preference is given to sachets. The daily dosage is one sachet. The newborn drug is diluted with mother's milk.
For children older than two years, it is recommended to take one capsule (one sachet) twice a day.
To get the most efficiency, the manufacturer recommends taking the medicine 40 minutes before meals.
Lactovit Forte should be taken at the same time, keeping equal intervals.
If a dysbacteriosis is diagnosed, the duration of drug treatment is usually three to four weeks.
In the presence of ulcerative colitis, the duration of the treatment course is six to eight weeks.
If there is an intestinal infection, the duration of drug treatment is four to six weeks.
