Kanalgat - food BAD, which is of vegetable origin. Has hypoallergenic, absorbent, immunomodulating, and healing effect.
Indications of the kanalgata
It is used for such disorders:
- diseases in the gastrointestinal tract (such as ulcer, colitis, gastritis, dysbacteriosis and others);
- cholangitis or cholecystitis;
- dyskinesia;
- hypokalemia;
- allergic symptoms;
- chronic or acute form of poisoning with radionuclides, as well as heavy metals;
- pathologies caused by a deficiency within the body of the element Ca (such as osteoporosis);
- to prevent the onset of atherosclerosis.
Release form
The release occurs as a lyophilizate for suspensions (a capacity of 1 g), as well as capsules with a volume of 0.6 g.
Pharmacodynamics
The characteristics of algonic acid allow the drug to synthesize and excrete cesium, metal cations and strontium from the body, so that it can be used to treat intoxication with radionuclides or heavy metals (acute or chronic stage), for the prevention of persons on radiation-contaminated territory, radiotherapy, and chemotherapy.
Kanalgat has a hemostatic and healing effect, which allows it to be used to restore the acidic environment inside the stomach, and also for the therapy of many diseases affecting the gastrointestinal tract. At the same time, the drug helps to improve motor-evacuator intestinal function, stimulates the processes of parietal digestion, and also depresses fermentation processes and reduces the severity of manifestations of problems with the operation of the colon (swelling, pain, etc.).
Like many drugs from the category of dietary supplements, the medication has immunomodulating properties, helping to restore the balance of immunocompetent cells, and in addition to eliminate chronic pathologies, against which immunity is weakened. It is also used for functional disorders in the area of GVP and kidneys (such as dyskinesia and cholangitis with cholecystitis).
The drug is used to prevent the occurrence of allergic diseases and disorders caused by a lack of calcium (such as osteoporosis, etc.), and in addition increased cholesterol values inside the blood plasma (eg, atherosclerosis).
Dosing and administration
The sizes of recommended portions of the drug: 1 g of powder (1 sachet of medicine) or 2-3 capsules, taken three times a day with food.
To make a suspension, it is necessary to pour the powder from the sachet into the cup, then add the juice or warm boiled water (100 ml). After this, it is necessary to leave the mixture infused - this takes 2-3 hours.
Use of the kanalgata during pregnancy
Lactating and pregnant women are allowed to use the drug only with the permission of the treating doctor, taking into account the likely risk of complications for the fetus and benefit to the patient.
Contraindications
The main contraindications:
- the presence of intolerance with respect to the elements of the therapeutic agent;
- hypercalcemia.
