Pharmacodynamics
A medicine with a combined mechanism of action that normalizes the pH of the stomach. Restores intestinal flora by biological methods: biosynthetic lactic acid and buffer salts normalize pH values to physiologically suitable indicators for this section of the intestine. As a result, unfavorable conditions are created for the development of opportunistic and pathogenic bacteria. Since the medicine contains a significant amount of biosynthetic bacterial substances, the physiological function of the intestinal mucosa is improved.
In Hilak Forte, lactic acid bacteria, symbionts of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria have a beneficial effect on the function of the intestinal mucosa and help restore normal intestinal flora. Fatty acids contained in the drug have a therapeutic and preventive effect on gastrointestinal infections, promote intestinal absorption of water and electrolytes (sodium, chlorine). Hilak reduces the eradication period of salmonella in infants suffering from salmonella enteritis, as it promotes the growth of acidophilic anaerobic intestinal microflora, exhibiting antagonistic activity against salmonella.
Hilak promotes the growth of acidophilic microorganisms, which are antagonists of salmonella.
