Reviews
Fervex receives a large number of responses in various medical forums. Patients note that by using this medication immediately after the onset of the first symptoms of a cold, the progression of the disease can be quickly prevented. But at the same time, great importance is attached to other factors - good rest with bed rest, as well as abundant fluid intake. Compliance with these conditions allows the body to support and strengthen its immune defenses against the virus.
The children's form of a medicinal product that can be prescribed to a child over 6 years old is often discussed. At this age, children are more willing to use sweet syrups, suspensions and solutions than tablets, so parents respond positively to the drug. In this case, the drug effect also has the maximum severity in the case of its use in the development of the first manifestations of pathology.
In addition to positive reviews, there are also comments in which side effects of drugs are noted — the feeling of drowsiness is most often distinguished (although this effect is often observed in infections of viral genesis by itself).
At the same time, there are opinions of those people who claim that the drug had absolutely no effect. After several days of treatment, the symptoms of a cold not only did not become less pronounced, but, on the contrary, increased. Potentiation of inflammation inside the throat, headaches and aches in the muscle area were also observed.
It should be understood that quite a few people treat colds as something not very serious, and therefore do not bother with their treatment. Attempts are mainly made to stifle the manifestations that have arisen, but as a result, complications are often developed that require more serious therapy, sometimes with antibiotics.
In this regard, experts recommend in the absence of improvements after 2-3 days of taking the drug, immediately contact the doctor, who will conduct an additional examination and select the most appropriate medication and treatment regimen.
