Indications Ferezola
It is used for various warts (plantar, common or filamentous), genital warts, keratomas, dry calluses, as well as papillomas.
Release form
The release of the substance is in the form of a solution for external treatment.
Pharmacodynamics
The drug has a complex effect - has a bactericidal and cauterizing effect. The specificity of its influence is based on irreversible protein coagulation (relative to proteins vital for bacterial structures), as a result of which microbes lose their activity and die. The drug affects a large number of viruses, bacteria, fungi and protozoa.
Cauterizing activity develops during the destruction of macromolecules in the area of cells of the fibers of the mucous membranes and the epidermis. Interaction with any body tissue leads to the development of chemical burns.
Dosing and administration
Use of the medicine is allowed only for the treatment of the epidermis. The application is carried out specifically on the area that needs to be processed, and for this purpose a small wooden stick is used. Care must be taken to ensure that the substance does not come into contact with the mucous and healthy areas of the epidermis.
Warts filamentous type and papilloma size less than 2 mm should be treated with a solution of 1-fold. For warts 2-3 mm in size, as well as larger papillomas, 3-4 treatments are required (between procedures, small intervals should be made so that the substance can dry out).
Before removing warts in the area of brushes with a keratinous dense surface, and in addition dry corns, keratomas and warts on the soles, it is necessary to remove the horny layers from the place of treatment. To do this, apply keratolytic ointment, which is applied to the next few hours. The area treated with an ointment is then covered with plastic wrap or compress paper, and at the same time it is sealed with adhesive tape or sealed with gauze. After removing these dressings, the skin is steamed using a hot soap solution, in which soda is added, for 10-15 minutes, and then the horny layers are removed using tweezers or nail clippers.
It is necessary to process the epidermis with Fresol several times, making a 3-4-minute pause between treatments so that the product dries out:
- warts in the area of the soles or hands are treated 7-10 times;
- dry calluses or keratomas - 3-4 times.
In order to prevent burns in healthy areas of the epidermis, they are allowed to be treated with zinc paste, which is removed with dry gauze after applying the drug.
Condylomas of a pointed character are recommended to be removed from a specialist in the clinic. The drug in these cases should be applied 1-2 times with a 3-4-minute gap.
Reapply the medicine again after 6-8 days after the crust disappears. A total of 4-5 such procedures are allowed.
When crystals appear in the bottle, it is necessary to heat it in a water bath (temperature - about 30 o C), while slightly shaking the solution. After dissolution of the formed crystals, the substance is ready for use.
