Daleron Cold 3 is a combination drug that has an analgesic and antipyretic effect. In addition, the drug has an anti-edematous, antitussive effect and reduces the manifestation of cold symptoms.

Daleron Cold 3 is indicated for colds or flu. It is prescribed to reduce the main symptoms of the disease - sore throat, muscle pain, headache, fever, cough, runny nose.
Release form
It is available in the form of film-coated tablets.
Pharmacodynamics
The composition includes paracetamol, which has an antipyretic and analgesic effect. Paracetamol is a non-narcotic analgesic, has an analgesic, antipyretic, anti-inflammatory effect. Paracetamol does not contribute to the retention of salt and water in the body, and does not irritate the mucous membrane of the gastrointestinal tract.
In addition, the drug contains decongestant and antitussive components, which in combination reduce the acute symptoms of colds and flu.
Pseudoephedrine, which is part of Daleron Cold 3, irritates receptors in the smooth muscles of the bronchi, as well as in the heart. The substance reduces swelling of the respiratory tract, which helps improve breathing.
Another substance included in the drug is dextromethorphan, which helps reduce throat irritation during a cold and get rid of a dry cough.

The pharmacological properties of Daleron Cold 3 have not been studied.
Dosing and administration
Daleron Cold 3 is prescribed 2 tablets every 4-6 hours (no more than 8 tablets per day). The course of treatment in each case is selected individually, depending on the severity of the disease and the patient's condition.
Use Daleron kolda 3 during pregnancy
The safety of using Daleron Cold 3 by pregnant women has not been established, therefore, the drug is not prescribed during pregnancy.
Contraindications
Daleron Cold 3 is not prescribed for hypersensitivity to some components of the drug, renal or hepatic dysfunction, high blood pressure, ischemic heart disease. The drug is not prescribed to children under 12 years of age.

Daleron Cold 3 very rarely provokes side effects when taken in recommended doses. After taking, irritability, nausea, dryness may appear, in rare cases, an increase in blood pressure is possible.
Overdose
Daleron Cold 3 is prescribed with caution in case of liver or kidney dysfunction. In case of paracetamol overdose, nausea, vomiting, and liver damage are observed.
Pseudoephedrine in high doses leads to overexcitation, increased blood pressure, and increased heart rate.
Dextromethorphan causes dizziness, impaired coordination, drowsiness, and problems with hearing and vision.
Interactions with other drugs
Daleron Cold 3 is not prescribed simultaneously or within 14 days after therapy with MAO inhibitors. The combination of drugs increases the likelihood of a hypertensive crisis, causes headaches, heart rhythm disturbances, and an increase in temperature.
Also, the drug should not be used simultaneously with paracetamol (or drugs that contain paracetamol), rifampicin, fluoxetine (antidepressant), methyldopa, haloperidol, drugs against Parkinsonism or epilepsy, dihydroergotamine, barbiturates, chloramphenicol.
Metoclopramine, warfarin, colestyramine, domperidone should be taken simultaneously with Daleron Cold 3 only as prescribed by a specialist.
Storage conditions
Daleron Cold 3 must be stored in a dry place, the storage temperature should not exceed 30 0 C. The drug is stored in a place inaccessible to children.
Shelf life
Daleron Cold 3 is valid for five years from the date of manufacture, provided that storage conditions are met and the packaging is intact.
