A medicine for the treatment of acne. Let's get acquainted with its instructions, nuances of application, contraindications, dosage and therapeutic effect. Bezugrey is included in the pharmacological group of drugs for local use for the treatment of inflammatory skin diseases caused by changes in pilosebaceous structures. This local remedy contains the active component - adapalene. In chemical structure, it is similar to vitamin A, as it is a retinoid compound.
The active substance affects keratinization, differentiation at the cellular level and skin inflammation processes, i.e. the main components of acne development. Normalizes the condition of follicular epithelial cells, reducing the formation of microcomedone and preventing the development of acne. Maintains intact skin, protecting it from the inflammatory process.
Indications Bezugray
The medicine is a dermatological drug, the main indication for use is the treatment and prevention of acne. The gel is effective for diseases of the sebaceous glands, blockage and inflammation of the hair follicles, that is, acne.
Bezugrey is prescribed for the treatment of adult patients and adolescents over 12 years of age.

Release form
The pharmacological agent is available in the form of a 0.1% gel in 15 g tubes. This form of release facilitates the process of using the drug, that is, applying it to inflamed skin.
1 g of gel contains: 1 mg of adapalene and excipients (phenoxyethanol, carbomer 940, methyl hydroxybenzoate, sodium hydroxide, disodium edetate, cetomacrogol, purified water and propylene glycol).
Pharmacodynamics
The effectiveness of the drug is determined by the activity of its components. Pharmacodynamics indicate that adapalene is a retinoid metabolite with anti-inflammatory and comedolytic action. The substance restores the processes of epidermal differentiation and keratization.
The components of the gel interact with specific receptors of the epidermal cells of the skin. This leads to a decrease in the cohesion of the epithelial cells at the mouth of the sebaceous hair follicle and a decrease in the formation of microcomedones.
The anti-inflammatory effect (in vivo and in vitro) is manifested through inhibition of migration and leukocytes in the inflammatory focus. This affects the factors of the inflammatory process and the metabolism of arachidonic acid.
Pharmacokinetics
Bezugrey is intended for topical use. Pharmacokinetics indicate low absorption after application to the skin and no pronounced systemic effect. The active component promotes normal differentiation of follicular epithelial cells, reduces the number of microcomedones, preventing acne.
After application to the skin, the retinoid differentiates through the cell membrane, reaching the nucleus. To provide a therapeutic effect, retinoic acid forms specific bonds with the nuclear receptor. The drug causes metabolic and biochemical changes in tissues. It contributes to the modification of the activity of enzymes responsible for differentiation and proliferation, binds to structural proteins.
Dosing and administration
Bezugrey is used locally. The method of application and dosage are prescribed by the doctor, based on the patient's age, acne localization and the number of acne lesions. For adult patients and adolescents, the gel is applied in a thin layer to previously cleansed skin in the areas of rashes. The drug should be used once a day, preferably at night.
The therapeutic effect is observed after 1-2 months of continuous use, and a stable improvement in the skin condition is observed after 3 months of treatment. In some cases, the use of Bezugrey during the first three weeks does not improve the skin condition, but its further use promotes recovery.
When using the medicine on dry or irritated skin, it is recommended to use moisturizing creams and lotions. During treatment, it is worth giving up cosmetics with a drying or irritating effect. It is necessary to avoid sun exposure and do not use ultraviolet lamps, as this causes skin irritation.
Use Bezugray during pregnancy
Treatment of dermatological diseases during pregnancy requires careful selection of medications. Due to changes in hormone levels, the treatment regimen must be constantly adjusted.
The use of Bezugrey during pregnancy and lactation is contraindicated. To date, there is no reliable information that the active substances of the gel do not penetrate into breast milk.
Contraindications
Since the gel is used for application to inflamed areas of the skin, it is necessary to read the contraindications for use before using it. This will help to avoid unwanted reactions that worsen the course of acne.
The drug is not used in case of individual intolerance to adapalene and other components of the drug. It is not prescribed for the treatment of patients under 12 years of age, during pregnancy and lactation.
Side effects Bezugray

To eliminate the above reactions, it is recommended to stop using the product and seek medical attention.
