The question of whether it is possible to use the root of aralia during pregnancy should necessarily be discussed during a woman's consultation with her treating gynecologist.

On the one hand, since the aral root differs in the vitamin B2 content necessary for the embryo, and subsequently the fetus, to grow and develop normally, the medicaments created on the basis of the root of aralia could be replenished by the need of the female body in riboflavin during pregnancy. In addition, this drug has toning properties and helps prevent excessive fatigue, both mental and physical. Use during pregnancy, therefore, requires carefully weighing the pros and cons, so that the degree of its usefulness and the beneficial effect that has been exerted exceeds the possibility of causing negative consequences for the health of the mother and child.

Overdose

There is a large amount of evidence and positive feedback on the beneficial effects of medicines based on medicinal raw materials from the root of aralia. However, in order that in order to use the medicinal product of this drug has a positive effect and the practical benefit from it was not offset by the concomitant occurrence of all sorts of side effects, it is necessary to follow the recommendations of medical specialists and to follow the prescription requirements for the doses of the drug. So the tincture of the root of aralia is used inside twice a day - after a morning meal, and then by time closer to the middle of the day, for a period of two weeks to one month. Children older than 12 years and adults are prescribed from 30 to 40 drops at a time.

The presence of any of these phenomena makes it necessary to abandon the continuation of the treatment course, and in case such symptomatology does not pass, requires compulsory treatment to the doctor for prescribing symptomatic treatment.

As the ancients used to say: "metron ariston", which means - everything needs to have a measure. This statement is particularly true for pharmacological drugs, because their uncontrolled intake and, as a result, overdose can lead to the occurrence, often quite serious, of disturbances in the functioning of the human body.

Reviews

I was very helped by this wonderful tool, I began to use it at work, when at some point a whole huge mountain of affairs was piling right up. Coffee drank in incredible amounts, from which the pressure began to gallop, and there were problems with the stomach. On the advice of a friend I bought a vial in the drugstore, although I had big doubts immediately, well, how it can help. Here, so that the adrenaline energy can not be used up. But I decided that I was losing this, and tried the tincture. There was a miracle. It's just an incredible burst of energy, now I have enough strength and vigor without coffee, I manage to do a lot of things during the day, and I do not get tired at all. I recommend to all the plant, the benefit is it is very inexpensive, and the effect produces just fantastic.

On work, I have to stay in front of the computer screen for a very long time. And now with time I began to notice that from this, either from his exposure, or from prolonged sitting indoors, there were problems with pressure, sometimes the heart starts to pound, and sometimes it rolls such sleepiness that even though the matches are put under the eyelids . With the latter she cope with the traditional method of all office workers, she made herself the strongest tea. Why not coffee, but I just like the taste of black tea. But after a while thought that such a stimulant, as well as coffee because of the effect of caffeine, negatively affects the psyche, noticed that I can stupidly look at one point for a while, sometimes it's hard to concentrate. I searched the Internet for an alternative to caffeine. I began to look at alternative means and herbs. I stumbled upon the reviews about the root of aralia. This is a seemingly plain-looking remedy, tincture in a small bubble, but it turns out that it helps to cope perfectly with fatigue, increases vitality and is beneficial for the nerves, while not depleting the central nervous system like coffee, tea or energy drinks. In all this I was able to make sure when I tried it myself. 30-40 drops twice a day - and I'm like a rabbit Energizer, I have enough strength for everything!

I, too, by the end of the day, it happens, I just do not stand on my feet. Sometimes I have to redo things like this, that I feel like I'm squeezed like a lemon. Headaches and high blood pressure in me - a frequent visitor. Sometimes it's not always possible to fall asleep immediately after a busy day. It was recommended to take a tincture from the root of aralia before eating. Allegedly, it is not only that, it tones well, it normalizes blood pressure, so it helps to fight with insomnia. It seemed strange to me how the toning effect can be combined with the fact that it helps to fall asleep. And then I experienced that I was, yes, it turns out that if I do not take myself to sleep immediately, it has a wonderful effect.
