  1. Internal use

The finished product should be added to drinking water based on the proportions of 200 ml of water to 2 tablespoons of vinegar. The resulting solution in the amount of 400 ml is used in the morning and before bedtime.

  1. External use
    • wrap: once a day (in the evening) soak a cloth in vinegar and apply it to the desired area of skin, securing it with cling film. Put a towel on top and leave for 40-50 minutes;
    • rubbing: 2 times a day after cleansing the skin, rub the product with gentle movements in the area of protruding veins;
    • compress: 1 time per day, soak a bandage in vinegar, apply to the affected area, fixing with a towel. After applying the compress, lie down, raise your legs 30-40 cm above body level. The procedure is performed for 30 minutes;
    • dousing: dousing the skin area with protruding veins is performed once a day for 4-5 minutes. For this procedure, a vinegar solution is used (150 grams per 2 liters of water).

Most often, a ready-made product is used, however, there are folk recipes for apple cider vinegar for varicose veins.

Finely chopped or coarsely grated apples are left in the required container (preferably an enamel container) and filled with clean warm water. The water should be 4 cm above the level of the apples. Then add a sweetener based on the proportion of 100 g of sugar or honey per 1 kg of apples and leave for 14 days. Periodically stir the apples to provide oxygen. After the specified period, strain the liquid and pour it into glass jars, leaving an empty space at the top (approximately 7 cm). After 14 days, strain the liquid again and pour it into glass bottles.

Contraindications

Internal use is prohibited in the following diseases:
