With the participation of vitamin B6, hemoglobin is formed, neurotransmitters, pyridoxine positively affects the liver and nerve fibers, and also activates folic acid. Flavin enzymes of vitamin B2 are necessary for the formation of erythrocytes, antibodies, for the regulation of growth and reproductive functions of the body. Vitamin B12 also participates in the synthesis of nucleic acids, in the process of formation of blood erythrocytes, epithelial cells and enveloping nerve fibers of myelin.

Vitamin B5 is absorbed into the blood and then into the tissue where biosynthesis of coenzyme forms of pantothenic acid takes place, including coenzyme-A, which participates in lipid metabolism and the formation of antibodies and hormones. Nicotinamide is involved in the metabolism of fats, proteins, amino acids, purines, tissue respiration and promotes carbohydrate metabolism in the body.

Vitamin B9 (folic acid) stimulates the formation of erythrocytes in the bone marrow (erythropoiesis), is involved in the synthesis of amino acids and nucleic acids and the exchange of choline (vitamin B4), as well as in the formation of purine bases and thymidine monophosphate - that is, it provides DNA synthesis.
