Incena has a general therapeutic effect that develops due to the activity of its active elements. It has anti-inflammatory, desensitizing, and also reparative, immunomodulatory and analgesic effects.

The drug inhibits the binding of inflammatory conductors and prevents the accumulation of macrophages with leukocytes inside the inflamed area. Strengthening the capillary strength prevents the appearance of puffiness and reduces the intensity of inflammation. Together with this, there is a decrease in platelet aggregation, due to which rheological blood characteristics are improved. [1]

Indications Incena

It is used for inflammations affecting ODA, during which changes of a degenerative nature are noted, as well as pain (among them polyarthritis with arthritis, osteochondrosis, arthrosis with osteoarthritis, as well as injuries accompanied by suppuration).

It is prescribed for collagen diseases (rheumatoid arthritis or SLE), dermatomyositis, glomerulonephritis and rheumatism.

Pharmacodynamics

The medicine increases the rate of excretion of pus and cleansing of the wound area, and at the same time stimulates tissue healing. In people with rheumatoid arthritis (accompanied by strong changes of a degenerative nature), the use of drugs leads to a rapid elimination of pain and inflammatory symptoms (joint edema), an improvement in working capacity and general condition, a decrease in joint stiffness in the morning, and also, in many cases, to a refusal the use of artificial NSAIDs. The drug does not have the effect inherent in mineralocorticoid substances.

Capsicum helps to expand microvessels with an increase in their permeability, and in addition, it contracts smooth muscles. [2]

Belladonna (its active component is atropine) demonstrates analgesic and antispasmodic effects, improves cardiac function, dilates the bronchi with pupils and increases the level of IOP. [3]

Dosing and administration

Drops should be consumed undiluted or diluted in plain water (10-15 ml). For a child, the liquid must be diluted. The dilution procedure is performed immediately before the use of the drug. It takes a while to hold the drops in the mouth before swallowing them. Reception should be carried out separately from eating food.

For a teenager and an adult, 10 drops are prescribed for 1-time use; a child aged 5-12 years old - 5-7 drops each; a child aged 1-5 years old - 1-4 drops. A single serving is consumed 3 times a day; in the case of an acute stage of the disease, the frequency of use is increased to 8 doses (such a scheme is maintained for a period of 3 days, and then returned to the standard regimen). The therapy lasts for 2-3 months.
