Pharmacodynamics

Chlorophylline is an antiseptic that has antibacterial (bacteriostatic, and bactericidal) and etiotropic activity against staphylococci, resistant and dependent on antibiotics.

The drug is capable of eliminating plasmid resistance against antibiotics in various pathogenic organisms that provoke the development of bacterial infections. It also increases the level of oxygen inside tissues and has a pronounced detoxification effect. Because of this, it is often used in conditions during which there is a weakening of the immune defense, and in addition to eliminating tissue hypoxia and increasing the effectiveness of the antibacterial drugs used.

During the experimental tests, the tropism revealed by this drug for pulmonary tissues was revealed, as well as the absence of teratogenic and mutagenic, and yet carcinogenic and embryotoxic effects.

Bactericidal values of drugs inside the blood develop immediately after IV injection of 8 ml of 0.25% drug; bacteriostatic parameters are observed with the introduction of 4 ml of the drug. Within the limits of therapeutic values, the substance is kept for about 6 hours on average, so the most optimal solution is the use of drugs four times a day.
