Diseases, like people, are different. Some are simple and simple, their nature and treatment are listed on the shelves. And others are unpredictable and insidious, like, for example, psoriasis. And it is difficult to get to the bottom of the reasons and an effective treatment that allows you to forget about the problem forever, is still unknown. But it's not for nothing that scientists from different countries are struggling with this task, several effective tools have already been found that prolong the happy time of remission of the disease to patients with psoriasis. One such truly miraculous means are plasters from psoriasis, the development of which is based on the knowledge of Eastern medicine.
Indications of the plaster from psoriasis
Despite the fact that patches, allowing for a long time to rest from the excruciating manifestations of psoriasis, were invented not in our country and in free sale through pharmacy networks do not arrive, to help in our time the Internet always comes. It is in the Internet on the checked serious sites can find their salvation patients with an insidious disease of a non-infectious nature called "psoriasis".
The main indications for the use of medical patches is the appearance of symptoms of psoriasis, which is sometimes called "scaly lichen." And, despite the fact that the disease affects many organs and systems of the body, its main manifestations are still visible on the skin, which necessitates the use of local remedies for the treatment of the disease.
The symptomatology of psoriasis precisely confirms its second name and includes the appearance of a specific rash in the form of papules covered with easily removable scales, which are called psoriatic plaques. It is with these unpleasant-looking and discomfort-giving rashes on the body that special medicated plasters from psoriasis are called for.
But not only patients with psoriasis can learn the effectiveness of a miracle drug. Diseases, the characteristic feature of which is the appearance on the skin of itchy foci of inflammation, covered with specific crusts and scales, is, of course, a field of activity for the above-described patches. Such diseases include neurodermatitis, eczema, nodular scabies.
Some evidence indicates that patches are also successfully used to combat swelling and pain, although there is no such indication in the instructions to the drug.

Release form
To date, there are 2 types of effective patches for psoriasis available to the general consumer. Both are designed and manufactured in China. Their benefit in the treatment of pathologies is confirmed by numerous positive reviews of happy patients, and this again shows that the brand "made in China" does not at all mean "a poor-quality product."
One of the types of Chinese therapeutic patches is a drug known as "Delicate Skin", which describes the effect of this plaster on psoriasis as well as possible. It is designed for people with different skin types. In practice, its calming effect against sensitive skin and its remarkable effect in treating various symptoms of psoriasis have been confirmed.
The second type of Chinese plasters from psoriasis is known in the medical community called Quannaide Xinmeisu Tiegao, which, according to some sources, sounds like "clean skin" in the language of the manufacturer. But I will not say with absolute certainty. Sometimes this plaster is called a fighter with the main symptom of the disease - psoriatic plaques.
As for the composition of the patches, it is generally the same: a breathable hypoallergenic tissue base impregnated with a drug mixture consisting of camphor and eucalyptus oil, fluocinonide, borneol, and mathyl salicylate. Each component of the medicinal composition provides plasters with some useful action in the treatment of disease. The overall therapeutic effect of each of the patches is due to the ratio of the various components in the formulation.
Pharmacodynamics
Chinese patch "Gentle skin", providing comprehensive treatment and a long period of getting rid of various manifestations of psoriasis, has such useful actions:
- effectively fights against inflammation and swelling of tissues in places affected by the disease,
- helps to strengthen the walls of blood vessels, due to which microcirculation of blood and nutrition of tissues improves,
- has a softening effect on the skin, eliminating unaesthetic peeling,
- preventing excessive division of epidermal cells, actively fighting with such an unpleasant manifestation of psoriasis as psoriatic plaques, and as a result they become thinner and virtually invisible on the body,
- relieves of painful itching and painful sensations accompanying the cracking of the skin on the affected area,
- activates regenerative processes in different layers of the skin.
The Chinese plaster from psoriasis Quannaide Xinmeisu Tiegao has similar actions, but the emphasis is on the anti-inflammatory and antihistamine effect. It allows you to completely get rid of plaques after several procedures. No wonder this drug is also called a killer plaque.
Pharmacokinetics
Pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics of patches from psoriasis, which are multicomponent drugs, are directly dependent on the combined effect of the components that make up the therapeutic impregnation for the tissue and on the individual properties of each component:
- camphor oil is famous for its many useful properties: anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, wound-healing, anesthetic, improving blood circulation,
- eucalyptus oil also provides an anti-inflammatory and bactericidal effect, but also contributes to the regeneration of tissues,
- Fluocinonide, being a steroid hormone for topical application, provides anti-allergic action to the plasters, which results in inflammation and itching,
- borneol effectively soothes inflamed skin, and also struggles with itching and flaking. Has analgesic, healing, antiseptic and tonic effect,
- methyl salicylate (methyl ester of salicylic acid) is a good anti-inflammatory and analgesic, which is included in the composition of special preparations for external use. It is able to improve blood circulation and provide good penetrating properties to other components of the medicinal composition of patches.
Dosing and administration
In order to get the expected result from any medicine, one must of course observe the conditions of the instruction attached to the drug. Otherwise, the effect may not be as positive as we expect. And the likelihood of the development of side effects of medicines in case of non-compliance with the way of application and dosage of drugs, including Chinese plasters from psoriasis, increases many-fold.
Since plasters from psoriasis are an external remedy, the therapeutic effect of which is due to the need for the penetration of the medicinal composition through the skin, an important role is played by the preparation of the affected surface to therapeutic effects. The skin in the area affected by psoriasis should be rinsed well with warm water. To soften it, you can apply a clean cloth moistened with warm water for a short time.
Before applying the patch, to ensure its full adherence, the cleansed and softened skin is carefully dried with a dry cloth.
Preparation of the plaster itself includes 2 points: cutting it into pieces that exactly correspond to the size of psoriatic plaques, and removing a thin protective film that protects the adhesive surface from clogging and spoilage.
A patch of the right size is glued to dry skin and only to affected areas of the body. To glue a medical plaster on a healthy skin it is impossible.
Plasters of psoriasis can be left on the skin for a period of 1 to 3 days. After that the used piece of the patch is removed, the skin is thoroughly washed with clean water and rests for 4-5 hours. For this period, you can apply any healing cream from psoriasis (for example, "Picladol", Chinese cream "King of Skin", Swiss nano-gel from psoriasis, "Daivonex", "Super psorie cream", etc.) to the damaged area of the body.
Before applying a new plaster skin should be washed again and dried. If the patch is peeled off from the skin during the process of the socks or is slightly displaced to the side, it is necessary to replace it with a new one. To avoid such troubles, you can additionally fix the plaster of psoriasis with the usual adhesive plaster. This recommendation is especially useful if the affected areas are located on "moving" areas of the skin in the area of the joints or on the hands.
In the hot season, the adhesive can be applied not for the whole day, but for the period when the person is in a cool room.
Use of the plaster from psoriasis during pregnancy
The use of plasters for psoriasis during pregnancy and lactation is limited. This is due to the presence in the composition of substances, the effect of which on the fetal organism and the course of pregnancy is not sufficiently studied. These substances include corticosteroids and methyl salicylate.
The use of patches during pregnancy can be carried out only according to the doctor's indications. Breastfeeding during the treatment of psoriasis with the help of medical patches should be discontinued.
Contraindications
Chinese plasters from psoriasis, like any medicine, can have their contraindications for use. Some of them, such as hypersensitivity to individual components of the drug or to the drug as a whole, are the result of inadequate individual immune (allergic) response of the body. And others may be related to the specific properties of some constituents of the drug, for example camphor oil, mathyl salicylate or corticosteroid fluocinonide.
So preparations with camphor oil are undesirable to use in therapy of children up to 2 years. Methylsalicylate is used with caution in patients with bronchial asthma and impaired liver or kidney function and is not used at all if a patient has a history of allergy to salicylic acid derivatives or NSAIDs. This treatment is not shown to children, as well as in the presence of wounds and ulcers in the area of injury
It is not desirable to expose children and the toxic effects of corticosteroids, which is fluocinonide.
Producers do not recommend using a patch in the area of skin folds, as well as on the face. It is inappropriate to conduct treatment with patches in hot weather because of the high likelihood of developing a greenhouse effect that reduces the curative effect to naught.

Side effects of the plaster from psoriasis
Usually, subject to compliance with the instructions, the drug is tolerated by patients well, without exerting negative influence on the body. Side effects of patches with a rich dosage composition are reminiscent of themselves, if the patient has increased sensitivity to any of the components of the patch or there is a non-compliance with the time frame of medical treatment and rest.
Overdose
The optimal time of action of patches against psoriasis on the skin is 48 hours (2 days). During this time, the drug composition penetrates the patient's body without causing an overdose. Leave the patch on the skin for a longer time (without interruption) is not recommended to avoid the development of local skin atrophy, when the skin itself becomes unable to perform its functions independently due to thinning.
As manifestations of the individual intolerance of the drug, the following situations occur: the appearance of irritation and rash in places of patch application (contact dermatitis), pustules on the skin (folliculitis), the formation of areas with a pronounced vascular network due to the expansion of blood vessels. Such a symptomatology should alert the patient, as further treatment with Chinese plasters from psoriasis can be dangerous to health. In this case, it is recommended to choose another remedy.
Interactions with other drugs
Chinese plasters for psoriasis are suitable for people of different ages and do not require correction of the doses of other drugs when they are used together.
Drug interaction with other drugs is observed only with respect to one component of the therapeutic composition of patches - methyl salicylate. It is a question of simultaneous application with the preparations causing reflex strengthening of microcirculation in a place of drawing of a plaster. Methylsalicylate is able to enhance the absorption of such drugs, so that the development of adverse reactions associated with overdose with these drugs is possible. Therefore, using medicinal creams in breaks, you need to pay attention to the action that they have.
Storage conditions
In order to ensure that they do not lose their properties, certain storage conditions must be observed.
Keep plasters from psoriasis at low temperatures in a dry place, where access to sunlight is restricted. It is not necessary to freeze them, because this will negatively affect both the healing properties and the ability of the patch to stick to the skin on its own.
Patient Reviews
Psoriasis is an insidious and intractable disease. It is believed that it is impossible to completely get rid of it, and effective medications that give long-awaited relief for a more or less long period are not so many. Some methods are good, but require a long treatment, and the result has to wait for months. Others, although they provide a quick result, but have many contraindications and side effects. Treatment of third because of their high price is not available to everyone.
Plasters of psoriasis of Chinese production, according to the reviews of happy patients, are not only affordable, but also have an enviable speed, delighting in new positive changes from the skin every day. The estimated duration of treatment for psoriasis with patches is 3-4 weeks (about 15 procedures). Nevertheless, many people notice obvious positive changes in the skin after single or double application of the patch.
Itching and flaking retreat already from the first application or within the first week. It is noticed that for the disappearance of new rashes this time is enough. For "entrenched" hardened plaques, the use of the patch will be more prolonged, however, during the month of treatment, patients will notice new good results after each patch change. Plaques will become thinner, the skin will get a nice gentle pink color.
Positive results from the use of the drug are observed in other pathologies described in the indications for the use of patches from psoriasis. The itching and flaking go away, the external manifestations of diseases disappear, causing dislike and even disgust for others.
Yes, Chinese plasters from psoriasis, like other medications, can not save a patient from an incurable disease forever. But they give hope for a full-fledged happy life to people who consider themselves second class because of unaesthetic manifestations of the disease, which affects both self-esteem and attitude towards the patients of others ("what if it's contagious?"). If the patches are used regularly during relapses, when new fresh rashes appear, the treatment will be short and the person will be able to feel again in a short time healthy and happy. And this is important, if it is a disease, which must be combated throughout life.
