A mask from the dead sea mud can be prepared on your own at home. Take 100 g of therapeutic mud, add 4-5 drops of lavender oil and up to 2 drops of sandalwood oil. Add pure water to get a consistency of thick sour cream. We put it in the form of a mask on the previously cleaned face for 10-15 minutes, then gently wash off with warm water.
It takes longer to keep the mask off, it can cause irritation and redness of the skin.
Mask with minerals of the dead sea
The effect of any mineral mask can be enhanced by adding other medicinal ingredients:
- mask from acne - a tablespoon of mud mixed with the same amount of ground in a coffee grinder dried chamomile and sea buckthorn oil;
- mask for soft and velvety skin - mix a bit of mud with warm milk (40 ° C) until thick sour cream;
- mask to restore the elasticity of the skin - 2 teaspoons of mud mixed with ground to powder state chamomile flowers and mint leaves (1 tsp);
- mask cleansing - mud mixed with propolis and diluted with clean water until the consistency of sour cream;
- mask from the increased function of the sebaceous glands - the mud is mixed with chamomile infusion to the consistency of thick sour cream;
- mask to remove signs of fatigue on the face - the mud is diluted with clean water to a creamy state, add a few (5-7) drops of almond oil, citrus or jasmine;
- mask from the dryness of the skin - in the diluted mud we add a little olive or linseed oil.

Mask for the hair of the dead sea
Masks for hair from the dead sea mud are perfect for problematic hair, eliminate dandruff and excessive greasiness.
- Mask from fatty hair - beat two egg whites, add 25 g of therapeutic mud and 70 ml of kefir. Mix well and distribute through the hair, combining the procedure with a light head massage. We put on the hat or we wind the head with a towel. After half an hour, wash off the mask with a shampoo and rinse the hair with acidified lemon water.
- Mask from dry hair - mix 25 g of therapeutic mud, 2 egg yolks, 3 tbsp. Spoons of olive oil. Distribute the hair, lightly massaging. Leave under the cap for 20-30 minutes, after which my hair is shampooed.
- Mask for strengthening hair - we mix 25 g of therapeutic mud, two chicken eggs, 1 tsp. Olive oil and juice ¼ lemon. Apply to the hair for 20-30 minutes, then wash off with shampoo.
Apply these masks can be from 2 to 3 times a week, up to 2 months.
Mask with salts of the dead sea
For dandruff or rare hair, salt of the dead sea should be used several times a week. First, we move the salt in a coffee grinder. Then wash my hair with my favorite shampoo, rinse and rub the skin and hair with ground salt. We put on the hat for 10-15 minutes, then wash off the salt under a contrast shower and dry the hair with a towel. To use a phenol it is not recommended, let hair dry up independently. The course of such procedures is on average 2 months.
Mask from the clay of the dead sea
What you need to know about making masks from clay of the dead sea:
- those who have skin on the face prone to fat, clay should be diluted with cold boiled water;
- those with skin combined, the clay must be diluted with fresh milk;
- if on the skin of the face there are acne eruptions, dilute the clay with a small amount of mineral water or fresh aloe juice;
- if the pores are expanded, we dilute the clay with unsalted tomato juice.
With wrinkles, mix clay of the dead sea with any herbal infusion to the density of the cream and apply to the face for 15-20 minutes. After this, rinse with water and apply a moisturizing or nourishing cream.
Masks made of clay of the dead sea should be done at least twice a week.
Also, if desired, you can add to the clay additional vitamin ingredients: carrot juice, essential oils, honey, homemade sour cream or cream, banana pulp or natural ground coffee.

- Individual tendency to allergic reactions.
- Mental disorders.
- Acute myocardial infarction.
- Stroke.
- Bronchial asthma, emphysema.
- Acute stage of infectious pathology.
- Elevated body temperature, high blood pressure.
- Tuberculosis.
- Fungal diseases of the skin.
- Systemic lupus erythematosus.
- HIV.
