Pharmacodynamics
Eszin, which is the main active element of the extract of the seeds of the esculus, has vasoconstrictive and antiexudative properties.
The extract, obtained from the seeds of the esculus, reduces the effect of lysosomal enzymes (their activity increases in diseases of the veins of a chronic nature), which prevents the mucopolysaccharide degradation (glycocalyx element) on the surface of the capillary walls. Strengthening vascular strength prevents the filtration of proteins of low molecular weight, and in addition water with electrolytes in the intracellular environment.
The medication removes manifestations of venous insufficiency of a chronic nature (a feeling of fatigue, tension and severity, and in addition to pain, itching and swelling on the legs).
Dosing and administration
It is required to take the drug twice a day at the rate of the 1st pill (in the morning, and also in the evening), before eating. You do not need to chew the pill, you need to swallow it whole and drink it with plain water.
The duration of therapy is selected by the doctor, for each patient separately - taking into account the medicinal effect of the medication and the severity of the pathology. On average, the course continues for 2-3 months.
