Release form
Tachocomb is available in the form of platinum of different sizes. The package can be one (size 9.5x4.8 cm or 2.5x3 cm) or two (size 4.8x4.8 cm) plates.
Pharmacodynamics
In the Tachokmba structure, a collagen plate containing on one side elements of a fibrin glue that increases the coagulability of the blood. When the drug comes into contact with the wound, fibrinogen converts to fibrin, due to the active promotion of thrombin. In this case, a fibrin clot develops, which binds the collagen plate to the wound. Next, fibrin, connecting with the internal XIII factor, creates a strong, reliable network that has adhesive properties. The frame, which was formed, does not let water and air pass, and also guarantees reliable sealing.
Pharmacokinetics
The drug did not pass the study on the human body, the animals also observed biodegradation of the drug substance, which actively progressed. Metabolism is due to phagocytosis and fibrinolysis. In this case, platinum is completely covered with granular tissue.
It is possible to determine the residues of active substances that do not detect a local, irritating effect, six months after treatment.
The drug should never be used intravascularly, only topically.
Dosing and administration
Do not use the drug if the primary packaging is damaged. Open the outer packaging is possible only in the hospital, in the non-sterile area of the operating room, and the inner plate - under exceptionally sterile conditions before direct application.
The wound must be thoroughly cleaned beforehand of various fluids. Tachocombs need to be moistened with saline solution and I'll use the same fight, pressing to the wound with wet gloves for three to five minutes. If the bleeding is very severe, you can not do this.

Contraindications
Do not use the drug in the treatment of patients if they are minors, or they have an individual allergic reaction to any active substance.
Side effects of the tachokomba
When using plates, such undesirable reactions are possible:
- Quincke's edema, anaphylactic shock, bronchial spasm, rashes;
- holocaust, chills, nausea;
- hyperthermia, hypotension, thromboembolism.
