Also, neurons become more resistant to hypoxia, so glucose is better transported to tissues and cells. The drug also helps to enhance the exchange of serotonin and norepinephrine in the brain, due to which an antioxidant effect appears.

Platelet aggregation decreases, so the viscosity of the blood in the body increases. Erythrocytes give off oxygen in greater quantities. Thanks to all this, the blood flow in the brain increases.

No interactions with beta-adrenergic blockers, glibenclamide, clopamide, digoxin, imipramine and other similar substances were detected.

Names of pills for tinnitus

• Antisten. This drug helps to normalize the energy metabolism of a cell that has been exposed to ischemia or hypoxia. It also greatly reduces the amount of ATP inside the cell. The tablets for tinnitus contain trimetazidine, which helps to slow down the oxidation of fatty acids. The drug is used to treat angina attacks, vascular disorders of ischemic nature. Tablets are taken 40-60 mg per day (two or three times).

The duration of treatment is determined by the doctor. Possible side effects include: nausea, dizziness, vomiting, headache, allergic rashes. It is not recommended to take the drug during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or high sensitivity to the active substance.

• Betaver. The drug has a vasodilating and histamine-like effect. In some cases, the effect is achieved only a month after the start of use. Contraindicated for use in pheochromocytoma, bronchial asthma, during pregnancy (especially in the first trimester), gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer. Tablets are taken during meals. • Betaserk. This drug is a synthetic analogue of histamine. It is prescribed for severe dizziness, which is accompanied by tinnitus, headache, vomiting and nausea. The main active ingredient is betahistine. The tablets are taken during meals. The dose is necessarily selected in accordance with the patient's symptoms. Usually, adults are prescribed an average of 24 to 48 mg per day.

The main side effects include: dyspepsia and nausea, increased frequency of headaches, sometimes vomiting, bloating, and allergies. The drug should not be taken in case of pheochromocytoma, allergy to the main substance of the drug, during pregnancy and lactation. In case of overdose, slight dizziness, drowsiness, nausea, and stomach pain are possible.

• Vasobral. The main active ingredient of these tinnitus tablets is alpha-dihydroergocryptine mesylate. Each tablet also contains caffeine. The drug is prescribed for cerebrovascular insufficiency, poor blood supply to the brain, poor memory, migraines and decreased mental activity.

The product has very few contraindications (only allergic reactions to the components). Use during meals, with a small amount of water. Usually one or two tablets are prescribed twice a day. The duration of therapy is determined by the doctor. Side effects include: headache, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, agitation.

• Kapilar. This is a biologically active supplement that is often used to relieve the symptom of tinnitus. The main component is dihydroquercetin, which protects cell membranes, which improves the functioning of capillaries. The tablets are recommended to be taken to reduce the aging process of the body, to improve its defenses, after a stroke or heart attack, when migraines occur, severe headaches with tinnitus.

It is not recommended to take if the patient has allergic reactions to the components of the drug. Drink one or two tablets during meals two or three times a day. The course of treatment is usually three to four weeks.

Tablets for noise in ears and head

• Cavinton forte. The main task of this drug is to improve blood circulation in the brain, which enhances brain metabolism. The amount of glucose in the brain tissue increases. Tablets are used to reduce noise in the ears and head during mental and neurological symptoms if blood circulation in the brain worsens.

The course and its duration are individual. But on average, the dose is up to 30 mg per day (that is, 10 mg three times a day). The effect of taking the drug occurs approximately on the seventh day of use. To achieve the most positive result, the tablets are taken for up to three months.

The main side effects of taking the drug are: depression, tachycardia, insomnia, headache and dizziness, vomiting, diarrhea, heartburn, allergies. The drug should not be taken during lactation, pregnancy, arrhythmia, hemorrhagic stroke. It is also contraindicated for children.

• Neuromidin. The tablets contain the active substance ipidacrine. The drug is prescribed for the treatment of diseases of the nervous system, which are accompanied by noise in the ears and head. Contraindications to the use of tablets are: epilepsy, angina, extrapyramidal diseases, bradycardia, ulcers, bronchial asthma, allergy to the substance of the drug, vestibular disorders. During pregnancy, taking tablets is strictly prohibited, as they can cause premature labor.

The drug is prescribed for taking one to three times a day (0.5-1 tablet). But for a properly selected course, it is better to consult a doctor. The main side effects are: dizziness, vomiting, nausea, allergic rashes. If they appear, it is worth reducing the dose.

• Cinnarizine. This drug helps block calcium channels, which greatly affect the functioning of the brain. Thanks to cinnarizine (which is the main active substance), blood circulation improves. The dosage of the drug depends on the disease. In case of labyrinthine disorders, which are accompanied by dizziness and tinnitus, it should be taken three times a day, 25 mg. The main side effects include: drowsiness, allergic rashes, dry mouth.

• Flunarizine. This drug acts on calcium channels in the brain, blocking them. This improves brain function. Tablets should not be taken in case of Parkinson's disease, during depression, pregnancy and breastfeeding, or in case of cerebral circulation disorders. It should be taken very carefully by patients who must work with increased attention.

The main side effects include: increased drowsiness, nausea and dry mucous membranes, severe fatigue, which often turns into a depressive state, allergic rashes, itching of the skin, pain in the stomach, weight gain. The average dosage is as follows: during the first two weeks, adults take 20 mg once a day, then reduce the dose to 10 mg per day. Children are recommended to take no more than 5 mg per day.
