Pharmacodynamics

Antiseptic Sangviritrin acts on a large number of pathogenic microbes, including gram (+) and gram (-) bacteria, yeast and mycelium. The drug shows activity against microbial strains that are resistant to most antibiotics.

Standard dosages of Sanguirithrin have a bacteriostatic effect - stop the growth and multiplication of the infection.

The essence of the antibacterial effect of the drug consists in the inhibition of microbial nuclease, the breakdown of mechanisms that ensure cell permeability, metabolic processes inside cells and violating the nucleotide structure.

Pharmacokinetics

There is no evidence of the ingestion of the external antiseptic Sangviritrin in the systemic bloodstream, so the kinetic properties of the drug can not be described.

Dosing and administration

Antiseptic Sanguirithrin is used only as an external agent.

On the fifth or sixth day after the birth of the child, the preparation processes the folds of the skin, in the morning and in the evening.

When the periodontal inflammation is in the pockets of the pockets, place the cotton flagellum with the drug Sangviritrin, holding them for about 20 minutes. To prepare a less concentrated aqueous solution of Sangviritrin, 1 tsp is mixed. 0.2% alcohol and 200 ml of pure boiled water. The introduction of cotton flagella is carried out every day or once every two days. The general course of treatment involves 5-6 procedures.

For the treatment of stomatitis, the application application of Sanguirithrin is prescribed up to three times a day for 3-5 days. Older children can be recommended rinsing the mouth with a diluted solution. To small children till 5-year-old age put divorced preparation directly on mucous.

For treatment of catarrhal diseases, the tonsils are treated with 0.2% liquid overnight, for 3-4 days. Older children and adults can gargle with a heated diluted solution. Duration of treatment - up to 1 week.

When the ear becomes inflamed, a cotton flagellum impregnated with 0.2% Sanguirithrin is added to the auditory courses and left for 15 minutes. The procedure is repeated up to 3 times a day. The duration of therapy is at least 14 days. If the inflammatory process has a chronic course, then Sangviritrin drips into the auditory meatus for 5-7 drops for an adult patient, and up to 2 drops for children.

As a prophylaxis of wound complications, the wound is treated with a gauze cloth impregnated with 0.2% Sanguirithrin. You can leave a lotion with an antiseptic under the bandage. The duration of treatment is determined by the doctor, depending on the course of wound surface healing. Most often, it may take one week to partially tighten the wound.

In the presence of infection in the wound, with sluggish, hard-healing processes, dilute Sanguirithrin is used to rinse and apply lotions.

With gynecological diseases, the diluted solution is used for douching, appliqués and baths. Procedures are carried out every day, for 5 days, 1-2 times (for example, in the morning and in the evening).

In purulent skin diseases or dermatomycosis 0.2% Sanguirythrin is used in the form of bandages or applied to the affected areas, up to 2 times a day. The duration of treatment is determined by the doctor.
