Every day we are faced with one or another injury: bruises, scratches, abrasions, cuts, burns. It is difficult to predict under what circumstances the injury will occur, especially if a child is injured. Therefore, it is very important to always have a reliable remedy at hand that will save you in any such situation. One of such miracle remedies is the drug "Rescuer". Rescuer will help with burns and other injuries, speed up healing and prevent unpleasant consequences.

Indications of a burn rescuer

The Rescuer balm is used not only for burns, but also to provide first aid for all kinds of injuries and inflammatory processes in tissues:

  • for skin irritation;
  • for bedsores, diaper rash;
  • when the skin peels as a result of chapping, exposure to sunlight or low temperatures;
  • for blunt trauma, sprains, bruises;
  • for healing superficial and deep wounds;
  • for quick relief from bruises;
  • for acne;
  • for dermatitis and secondary inflammatory phenomena on the skin;
  • for inflammation of the mucous membranes;
  • as a preventative measure to prevent cracks and peeling.

The rescuer helps to speed up the healing of wound surfaces and burns, prevents the formation of scars.

Release form

Rescuer Balm is available in three types:

  • Ointment-balm Rescuer;
  • Cream-balm Children's Rescuer;
  • Thermal balm Rescuer forte.

However, only the first two types of balms help with burns: Rescuer and Rescuer for children.

The burn rescuer contains natural ingredients: essential oils with high bioactivity, vitamins, sea buckthorn oil, bioactive components of beeswax, mineral naphthalene.

The drug Rescuer is packaged in aluminum tubes of 30 g. Each tube is packed in a cardboard box and has the same design as the packaging.

Pharmacodynamics

The specific healing effect of the Rescuer is explained by its ability to stimulate the protective functions of injured tissues and to initiate regeneration processes in damaged skin. Thanks to these properties, healing occurs efficiently and quickly, without such consequences as infection, intoxication and scar formation.

Under the influence of the drug, regenerative processes in the epidermal layer occur evenly.

The bactericidal effect of the Rescuer is explained by the stabilization of biochemical reactions inside the tissues. The antimicrobial properties of leukocytes and lymphocytes are stimulated, which contributes to the fastest cleansing and healing of the wound.

If you use the Rescuer for burns, you can relieve pain without a specific analgesic effect. The drug stabilizes the level of bradykinin and serotonin in the injured area, which leads to the elimination of painful sensations.

Pharmacokinetics

As a rule, the Rescuer balm for burns has a quick and pronounced effect, which manifests itself within the first 30 minutes after applying the drug.

The active ingredients of the Rescuer begin to act directly in the tissues at the site of application of the balm. There is no resorptive effect: systemic penetration is insignificant.

The duration of the therapeutic effect after a single application of Rescuer is up to 10 hours. Based on this information, it is recommended to apply the balm approximately 2-3 times a day, but the frequency of application largely depends on the scale and depth of the burn.

In case of extensive and deep burns, qualified medical assistance is required, and Rescuer balm is used in such cases only at the healing stage.

Dosing and administration

The sooner the balm is applied to the burn, the faster the healing process will take place.

The Rescuer from burns is applied to the damaged skin areas in a fairly generous layer. Despite the fact that the Rescuer balm is quite thick, when it comes into contact with the skin, it becomes almost liquid, which allows the preparation to penetrate into all damaged areas.

Usually, the pain begins to subside within 5-15 minutes after the drug is applied. After that, a bandage can be applied to the burn area: this will help prevent the formation of blisters and scarring, and the healing process will be faster.

If the burn is severe enough and the damaged area of skin is contaminated, it is recommended to first rinse it with a stream of cold running water, and only then apply the preparation.

During the entire healing period, the Rescuer is used 2-3 times a day, sometimes taking short breaks to allow the wound to dry out and receive access to oxygen.

Use of a burn rescuer during pregnancy

Since the resorptive effect of the cream-balm Rescuer is practically absent, the use of the drug during pregnancy is completely acceptable. In addition, studies have been conducted that have proven the absence of teratogenic effects of Rescuer.

However, some precautions need to be taken:

  • Rescuer treatment should not be too long;
  • the application area should not be too large and the layer of cream should not be too thick;
  • the balm can be applied only when there is absolutely no risk of developing an allergy to the drug;
  • treatment must be agreed with a doctor.

Contraindications

Rescuer ointment is not recommended for use in cases of extensive and deep burns, festering wounds, or chronic recurrent inflammatory processes.

In most cases, Rescuer balm does not cause allergies, however, in case of individual hypersensitivity to individual ingredients of the drug, the drug should not be used.

All other cases, including pregnancy and lactation, are not contraindications to the prescription of the balm. If there are doubts about the advisability of using the Rescuer from burns, you should definitely consult a doctor.

  • allergic symptoms (rash, burning sensation, hyperemia, swelling);
  • temporary exacerbation of inflammation in the wound.

If side effects are severe or other negative symptoms appear, then a doctor's consultation is mandatory.

Normally, side effects go away on their own after several days of treatment, or after stopping using the balm.

The rescuer is stored at room temperature, in a temperature range from +15°C to +25°C. The closer the ambient temperature is to +15°C, the more guaranteed the safety of the preparation is.

The thickness of the Rescuer ointment also depends on the ambient temperature. If you keep the preparation in the refrigerator, it may be quite difficult to squeeze the product out of the tube. In such a situation, it is recommended to hold the tube in your hands for a while.

Regardless of the thickness of the ointment, the healing properties of the drug Rescuer do not change.
