Relcer has antacid activity, and also eliminates excess gas formation inside the gastrointestinal tract.
The drug is a combination of carminative compounds and salts, due to which it neutralizes the effect of free gastric hydrochloric acid with high efficiency, and also weakens the digestive activity of gastric juice. In this case, the drug does not lead to a secondary potentiation of the secretion of gastric juice; it has an enveloping and adsorbing effect and reduces the negative effect of various damaging factors on the gastric mucosa.
At the same time, it helps heal ulcers that appear inside the gastrointestinal tract and weakens intestinal swelling.

Indications Relcera
It is used in such conditions:
- exacerbation of ulcers affecting the gastrointestinal tract;
- gastritis, occurring in an acute or chronic degree, against the background of which there is an increase or aggravation of healthy excretory activity;
- reflux esophagitis or duodenitis;
- diaphragmatic hernia;
- the presence of pain or discomfort in the epigastric zone, associated with drug treatment, dietary deficiencies, as well as smoking and drinking alcohol or coffee.

Pharmacodynamics
The influence of the drug develops in connection with the activity of its constituent active ingredients. Some of these antacids include magnesium and aluminum hydroxides, dehydrated licorice, and simethicone.
Hydroxides Mg and Al can neutralize the indices of gastric pH. At the same time, they have an enveloping and adsorbing effect, as well as eliminate pain arising in the upper part of the gastrointestinal tract.
Simethicone is an inert element with surface activity, the basis of which is silicon, which has a defoaming effect. Due to the physical weakening of the surface tension, the elimination of gas bubbles that form inside the intestines during swelling occurs. The gas released at the same time is absorbed or removed naturally.
The de-glycated licorice has a protective function in relation to the gastric mucosa, helping to restore its cells. Along with this component has antispasmodic activity.
Dosing and administration
The medication is used for ingestion - after the 1st hour from the moment of eating the food, as well as before bedtime. In addition, it can be taken with the appearance of pain or discomfort in the epigastric zone and with heartburn. Shake the medicine bottle before using the suspension.
Per day, adolescents from 15 years old and adults need to use 6-8 teaspoons of drugs for 3-4 uses (the maximum portion per day is 8 spoons).
Children of the age range of 10-15 years apply half the adult dosage.
The duration of the therapeutic cycle should be 14 days. If longer treatment is required, it is carried out under constant medical supervision.
Use Relcera during pregnancy
Relzer cannot be used during breastfeeding or pregnancy.
Side effects Relcera
Among the side effects:

Overdose
Long-term use of the drug in large portions causes the development of obstipation, hypermagneemia, drowsiness, kidney stones and signs of metabolic alkalosis (muscle pain and numbness, mood lability, severe fatigue and nervousness).
Procedures are required to direct the excretion of medication: induction of vomiting, gastric lavage and intake of activated carbon.
Interactions with other drugs
Relcer can adsorb individual active elements of other drugs, while reducing their absorption rate. Among these drugs are chlorpromazine, digoxin with tetracyclines, indomethacin and isoniazid with phenytoin. In addition, this includes β-adrenergic blockers, salicylates, diflunizal with histamine H2 blockers and quinolones (such as ofloxacin with greploxacin, norfloxacin with enoxacin, ciprofloxacin, etc.). In addition to them, rifampicin, fexofenadine, pivampicillin, azithromycin barbiturates, dipyridamole and cefpodoxime with indirect anticoagulants, as well as quinidine, lithium and iron medicines, and zalcitabine are on the list. Also here ketoconazole, mexiletine with lansoprazole and anthropodesoxycholic bile acid with UDCA.
The combination with enteric drugs may increase the rate of irritation and disturbance of the gastrointestinal tract due to an increase in alkaline indicators of gastric juice.
The combination with m-holinoblokatorami inhibits the process of gastric emptying, and also potentiates and prolongs the effect of the drug.
