Pharmacodynamics

Pharmacological action of the drug is determined by the properties of its components.

The main active ingredient of the complex is the extract of the natural ginseng immunomodulator (PanaxG115). This is a well-known plant, the "root of life", slowing down the aging process, tonic, activating metabolic processes and self-renewal of cells.

In addition, the composition of Farmaton contains saponins - plant glycosides, beneficial for the respiratory organs and normalizing their functions for colds.

Eleven vitamins necessary for the normal functioning of the body, support its vital functions:

Retinola palmitate (vitamin A) - the effect of rejuvenation, strengthening of the immune system, is especially useful for vision.

Thiamine nitrate (vitamin B1) - is necessary for the normal state of nerves and muscles, participates in the metabolism of fats and hematopoiesis, is responsible for genetic memory.

Riboflavin (vitamin B2) - one of the main participants in the processes of erythropoiesis and the continuation of the genus, without it there is almost no one vital process.

Nicotinamide (vitamin B3, the old name for PP) is the catalyst for a variety of biochemical reactions in the body, dilutes blood and dilates blood vessels, promotes excretion of toxins and toxins.

Calcium pantothenate (vitamin B5) - a regulator of metabolic processes, a catalyst for the production of adrenal hormones, hemoglobin, histamine, acetylcholine, cholesterol (useful) and essential fatty acids, reduces the deposition of fats in organs and tissues.

Pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) is a participant in hemopoiesis and other processes of biosynthesis of substances necessary for the body, regulates potassium-sodium equilibrium in cells, promotes rapid restoration of skin integrity and prevents dermatosis.

Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) - a stimulant of erythropoiesis and other processes of hematopoiesis, prevents the development of vascular pathologies.

Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) is a pronounced immunostimulant.

Ergocalciferol (vitamin D2) - provides a fortress of bone tissue, stimulating the absorption of calcium.

Α-tocopherol acetate DL (vitamin E) - is known for its, primarily, antioxidant properties, contributes to the recovery and renewal of cells.

Rutozidum trihydrate - is indispensable for blood vessels, prevents their fragility, bleeding, its reception is the prevention of hemorrhagic diathesis, it also has the ability to bind free radicals, strengthens the protective functions of the body.

Mineral substances complement the action:

Iron sulfate - without which the hemopoietic process is impossible, prevents iron deficiency anemia, and participates in many biochemical processes in the body.

Calcium hydrophosphate is an element of bone tissue, besides it has antihistaminic and anti-inflammatory ability. Provides the body not only with calcium, but also phosphorus, necessary for normal brain activity.

Calcium fluoride - prevents the destruction of teeth, the development of osteoporosis, improves the condition of hair and nails.

Potassium sulfate - protects the vessels from the formation of atherosclerotic plaques, prevents the development of arrhythmia, promotes the normal blood supply of cerebral vessels.

Magnesium sulfate - is known for spasmolytic action, soothes the nervous system, stabilizes the psyche.

Manganese (II) sulfate - stimulates the synthesis of endogenous interferon, estrogens, is an energy regulator, normalizes blood sugar level and its coagulability.

Zinc oxide - increases stress resistance, suppresses the action of pro-inflammatory agents, antiseptic, favorably affects brain function and metabolism.

Lecithin - is found in the tissues of the liver, heart muscle, brain and nerve fibers. Has a pronounced hepatoprotective ability, binds free radicals.

Interactions with other drugs

It is undesirable to combine with anticoagulants and levodopa due to a decrease in their action, antibiotics of the tetracycline series, which are not compatible with iron.

Vitamin A reduces the anti-inflammatory effect of glucocorticosteroids, shows toxicity in combination with retinoids.

Nitrites and cholestyramine reduce the absorption of vitamin A.

Tocopherol is not combined with alkaline agents, anticoagulants of indirect action, enhances the effectiveness of NSAIDs and glucocorticosteroids.

Vitamin C increases the absorption of iron and reduces the effect of drugs that dilute blood.

Oral contraceptives reduce the absorption of ascorbic acid.

Thiamine reduces the toxicity of antituberculosis drugs and weakens the action of curare-like remedies.

Alcohol-containing and potassium-containing agents, PASK, cimetidine reduce the absorption of cyanocobalamin.

Riboflavin is incompatible with a number of antibiotics, and tricyclic antidepressants depress the metabolism of vitamin B2, especially in the heart muscle. The combination with quinine can lead to bleeding.

Ginseng extract is not combined with phenelzine, it increases the excretion of the anthelmintic remedy of albendazole, simultaneously with digoxin it can be used only under the supervision of a doctor.
