Release form
It is available as 100 mg tablets, 50 mg orally dispersible tablets, as well as a 50 mg/5 ml oral suspension and a 1% gel.
Pharmacodynamics
The drug inhibits the processes of PG formation in the inflammatory focus, and also selectively slows down COX2. Occasionally, due to the suppression of PG synthesis inside healthy tissues, adverse reactions may occur. Inhibits lipid peroxidation, without affecting the processes of hemostasis with phagocytosis.
The gel has local analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties. It helps to reduce or eliminate pain in the joints at rest or during movement. It also eliminates swelling along with joint stiffness in the morning.
Pharmacokinetics
After oral administration, the drug is quickly absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract. The peak concentration is reached 1.5-2.5 hours after taking the tablet. The half-life is 3 hours. The main decay product is active hydroxynimesulide. Biotransformation of the drug occurs in the liver, and its excretion is mainly through the kidneys. With prolonged use, it does not accumulate in the body.
Dosing and administration
The tablets should be taken orally - adults 2 times a day at a dosage of 100 mg. In case of urgent need, the dosage can be increased to the maximum - 400 mg per day. It is recommended to take the tablets or suspension before meals. But if there is discomfort in the stomach, it is allowed to take the medicine after meals.
Dispersible tablets should be dissolved in water (a teaspoon per 1 tablet is enough) and drunk after meals.
For children aged 2 years and over, the medicine is prescribed in the form of an oral suspension, and for children aged 3 years and over, it can be prescribed both in the form of an oral suspension and dispersible tablets. Children aged 12 years and over are allowed to take regular tablets. The required dose is calculated in relation to the patient's weight - 3-5 mg / kg. For adolescents weighing more than 40 kg, Nise can be prescribed in an adult dosage - twice a day in a volume of 100 mg.
The skin needs to be treated with the gel (it needs to be washed and then dried before the procedure). A little gel needs to be applied to the most painful area and rubbed in until an even layer of the preparation is formed. The treatment should be performed 3-4 times a day.
The duration of treatment with Nise is 10 days.

Side effects Nyez
The following side effects are possible as a result of using Nise: dizziness and headaches, drowsiness, vomiting with nausea, diarrhea and pain in the stomach. In addition, heartburn, melena, toxic hepatitis, ulcers on the gastrointestinal mucosa and petechiae. Oliguria, purpura, anemia, thrombocytopenia and leukopenia, edema, hematuria, agranulocytosis and increased transaminase activity in the liver may also develop. Allergy manifestations are also possible - skin rashes or anaphylaxis.
Due to the use of the gel, local negative reactions are possible - peeling or itching of the skin, as well as urticaria. Overdose manifests itself in the form of increased side effects - mainly such as liver failure, kidney dysfunction, seizures, gastrointestinal irritation, increased blood pressure and respiratory depression.
If such symptoms occur, you should immediately stop treatment with Nise and then carry out therapy aimed at eliminating these symptoms, after performing a gastric lavage procedure and giving the patient activated carbon. The drug does not have a specific antidote, and forced diuresis or hemodialysis cannot provide the necessary effect.
Interactions with other drugs
